Mineral water swimming pool indoor and outdoor was good

It was cold at night ( 8 degree ) with no heating
No hot water in 1st floor room

This is probably the cheapest spa hotel in Veligrad.
The rooms where a good size and clean.
The food in the restaurant was mainly good.
There is disabled parking at the rear avoiding the many steps but you have to ask for it.
The towels smelt bad.
The swimming pool is small more of a roman bath but the water was hot.
The room was very dark. Only one bed lamp working and one small on the wall.
The waitress we had on the Saturday night was rude and angry, my wife asked for ice cream and a Capuchino coffee for desert and was told they had neither so she ordered the melba which arrived with two scoops of ice cream.
Only had one reciept for her told us the internet was down I complained saying I needed a reciept which she brought straight away.
