The hotel is nice with well equipped pools, saunas, steam rooms, salt dry room is there as well. We specially liked hot radon bath. Also the sauna and ice room as a contrast were excellent. Stuff is polite and always available for any assistnce.

The pools were sometimes more crowded so we needed to be flexible in timing in order to catch period with less guests in the pools. Less crowded was between 12.00 PM and 15.00 PM.

Exceptional

We love it. The staff is very friendly and attentive to our needs. The hotel and the rooms are cosy. The swimming pools are clean and full with mineral water. The bar is next by and always open for a good fresh juice, coffee or cocktail while relaxing next to the pool.The wellness centre is great. Massages, treatment therapies as well as medical treatments. There is a kid's corner which our child likes a lot. We are regular guests since couple of years. Highly recommended!

Nice SPA facilities

This used to be our favourite SPA Hotel, but the place has gone completely downhill! Bad food; Too much chlorine in the pools and water was still dirty. Kids with floating devices in all pools.Mini bar with flat sodas and we had to pay for them!

Good places to enjoy mineral pools and spa.

The hotel has an outdoor pool opened at winter season and two indoor pools with lots of spa facilities. The outdoor winter pool was the key point for us and that was great. The hotel provided bathrobes for all guests including kids so it is possible to change in your room and go to the spa and pools area directly. We enjoyed saunas and relaxing room very much (it was a bit overcrowded in a middle of a day).

The main disappointment is the working hours of the pools. They closes the spa and the pools at 8pm. We had a late check-in and hoped to sit in a warm water outdoors to enjoy winter evening but we missed it.

Balneo Complex Spa Aquatonik review

The staff were very helpful and kind. They did everything they could to assist us with whatever we came up with. All desires were covered which made my day honestly. I liked the fact that the spa center was clean and tidy. The safeguard's approach was well appreciated from my side. All the meals, drinks and beverages were well planned and we were more than satisfied with them. The indoor parking lot was a highlight.

Several minor things could be done on the site. Things like finishing touches in the bathroom and corridor carpet renewal will be well appreciated.

Location and room is very good. But pools are not cleaned good enough and too many people in pools

Breakfast was almost the same every day. Fruits were very not fresh, yesterday's and a day before yesterday fruits were served. I did not take them, because they look very bad. And not sure that they were cleaned well.

Indoor and outdoor pools were not cleaned well. I asked people in reception, on SPAA reception and anyone did not know how often the water in pools is changed.

some areas were a bit run down. bathtubs were dangerously high and you could easily slip. wished they offered shampoo and conditioner in bathroom.

Nice and clean indoor pools with warm mineral water. Nice outdoor pool. The room was very clean and spacious. There was a nice variety of meals for breakfast.

The outdoor pool was not cleaned from flies and leaves very often. The water was with perfect temperature, but if the dirty things were cleaned more often it would have been perfect.

Excellent hotel and spa center but stay away from the restaurant

The hotel is beautiful and clean; the rooms are spacious; the spa is amazing and we spent a lot of time there.

Although the restaurant is beautiful, the food was not the best. Our package included breakfast only, which turned out to be for the better. The breakfast included a variety of dishes but many of the ingredients were inexpensive and poor quality; the fruit were not well washed. Overall, we did not stay hungry but I am glad we did not have the all inclusive option. Upon arrival we decided to have lunch there. The chicken soup had a few pieces of chicken skins and bones in it; the beef dish had mostly fat and very little meat; the cold soup ( tarator) was tasteless. We decided to have lunch and dinner elsewhere the rest of our stay. Although the hotel was wonderful, I would not recommend the restaurant at all.
