This was our sixth stay. This should say enough by itself.

The best in Velingrad money wise. A lot of value for the price, and everything is more than good. The water facilities are excellent, and the food is good. I would recommend!

Nothing worth mentioning, really. Except maybe that the whole facility needs updating. Especially the elevator!

Perfect for hotel for families

The staff was very kind and professional. They noticed that we had overbooked a room we didn’t need and informed us in time, which helped us save €700. We truly appreciate their honesty and support.

The Booking.com fee of €125 for canceling although accepted and suggested by the Hotel is excessive and unacceptable. We will definetly switch to other platforms, this charge feels like robbery. This money is clearly not going to the property (Elbrus), but to Booking.com instead. Very disappointing. Do not recommend booking with booking!

We are more than happy with our stay but keep in mind those things.

It was a great stay, everyone was friendly and nice. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The pools were clean and warm. We visited at the end of October and the temperature of the water was perfect. The spa amenities were also amazing. The atmosphere especially at dinner was a bit more on the traditional Bulgarian side with the music but we didn’t mind it.

The aqua park is highly advertised but it doesn’t work during the colder months and that is not mentioned anywhere. We stayed for 5 nights and we noticed that they rotated the food quite frequently so you don’t get a super wide variety but everything was tasty nonetheless.

Beautiful place and mineral water.

I liked the mineral water, food and place. The restaurant impressed me with the atmosphere - good music and staff. The SPA has many various procedures including pressure chamber.

I didn't liked the furniture and the support of the apartment. There was a bad smell in the room maybe from the carpet.

A good choice for families and people who enjoy a real SPA, good food and overall experience; a somewhat aging facilitie

Good SPA, comfortable apartment and very good food. The location is on a hill, and if you’re lucky there is a view over the entire town. The pools are mineral and are well maintained.

Some appliances are old and in need of renovation, and that goes for the entire hotel. However, this is not a deal breaker, and overall the property is looked after.

Relax

Very warm inside the hotel and also in the room, food is actually pretty good for a 3 stars hotel. The hot spring mineral pools are great, probabily the best in thea area regarding the size and quality of water. We felt very confortable and we will visit again for sure.

The entire hotel needs a bit of a renovation, it feels like you are back in the 70s but not necessary in a bad way. However is not for very pretentious guests.

This hotel deserves 5* for the professionalism and the value for money it offers. The stay had exceeded all our expectations and we could not be more grateful. I am on a specific dietary regime - the hotel would ASK ME what to prepare for me every day! I am beyond words! All I can say is THANK YOU

Good but it needs a bit more

The beds are comfortable. The room is clean and large. The pools inside(with a glass cover) are warm, the hot one 70C is just wonderful. The outdoor is sea salt pool which is great. The Spa section is clean, not crowded which is not that common. The water everywhere is mineral and it feels really nice. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

The food is not great, no diversity, breakfast was really poor - no pancakes, no sandwiches, no scramble eggs, no bacon. More of your aunt cooking - tasty but boring. The so called aquapark is so so, but for the spaces they have it is ok. The outdoor pool is really small, even if you count the aquapark pools(which you should pay for going it's not included in the price for the room)

It was JUST ok

Hot mineral water pools and big trees, so there's a shade as well. The food was just ok.

It was over-crowded. Also, there were not any free deck chairs available on the inner pool, since their number is really small for the hotel's size. The live music with a gipsy singing "chalga" in the restaurant during Friday's and Saturday's evenings was too much for me (i.e. not my type of music and too loud definitely).

Good value for the money

The overal state and warmth of the rooms was great. They were clean and the view was great. The pools were clean and I especially liked the small salt pool outside. The food in the hotel was decent.

The bed was composed if two smaller beds that moved apart from eachother constantly that is really unpleasant for couples.
