Много хубава база и басейните бяха страхотни.
Стаята не беше точно същата, която резервирахме. Беше по-малка и леглото не беше много удобно- нямаше резервни възглавници или одеала. Резервирахме си с закуска, обяд и вечеря, които бяха страхотни, но когато пристигнахме нито ни обясниха кое къде, нито нищо.

We had a wonderful stay. The property features excellent SPA facilities, multiple swimming pools, a diverse food selection, and plenty of space. If you are looking for a comfortable, mid-range holiday, this is the right choice

The best in Velingrad money wise. A lot of value for the price, and everything is more than good. The water facilities are excellent, and the food is good. I would recommend!
Nothing worth mentioning, really. Except maybe that the whole facility needs updating. Especially the elevator!
