Great family stay ,we definitely going to come back.

It was a great place to be. We were celebrating our dad’s 70th birthday and it was just the right place to be with 4 small grandkids. The facilities were just great. The spa and the food were top too.

Small downside, it was too hot in the rooms, however the staff were helpful and they have managed to turn the temp down.

Once i saw the guests and some of the staff i knew it won't be a nice stay! It wasn't. Ac not working! Room was kind of dusty :( Billiards tokens which i didn't use, they refused to refund..

Good spa, rooms need renovation

The SPA center was very nice as it had a variety of different facilities and pools which seemed enough even at times when the hotel was at full capacity.

The rooms are outdated, especially the bathrooms need urgent renovations. It is often loud and you can hear people in other rooms or through the corridors because the rooms are not properly sound proof.

It doesn’t meet up the price-quality. I wouldn’t go there again!

The personal was nice and polite. The food was good.

The rooms were old and a bit dirty. The door of the bathroom was not being able to close. The spa was really dirty.

Would recommend hotel to anyone who does not have mobility issues.

The spa facilities are wonderful. We had to change rooms with a single person in our party due to this hotel, not being suitable for people with mobility problems which my wife suffers from. There is only a lift in one part of the building and the deluxe double we had booked was not in that part with lots of steps and corridors to negotiate to access. Both rooms were great but a small double was a struggle for us to stay in for a week. It's a great hotel if you are mobile, if not it is a struggle The restaurant is good with a good choice for Breakfast and dinner.

amazing spa with a lot of options, hotel was nice and cozy, I really liked the fact that the lights in the restaurant, lobby and lobby bar were slightly dimmed and not super bright, made the whole hotel feel super cozy and warm. The food was absolutely amazing, I was impressed by the quality and quantity

Amazing for leisure and spending quality time with a loved one.

The staff are exceptionally friendly. Everything is organised perfectly. There are meany facilities and a lot to do in the SPA area.

The outside pools weren’t cleaned often, which resulted in many small pieces floating in the water.

- the state of the facilities does not correspond to the money(140 euros per night). the feeling is that it is somehow outdated, dark and not maintained in full. - part of the personal is really polite and professional, but there were cases in which this was exactly the opposite, and I even needed to explain to foreign people that it is not usual for the Bulgarians to be rough. if someone has difficult day it is a professional obligation to hide it in front of the customers - it should have bigger dedicated parking ( not in some muddy street looking for parking spaces )

Superb

SPA zone is generous and I love that I can spend time in multiple pools and sauna. Also the personal (reception, bar, room) is pleasant. I appreciate that in the bar area they discontinued using coffee/chocolate aroma.

I have been more than 6 times at this hotel and I can observe that during each breakfast, the available plates (to collect food) are more or less dirty (ex. nuttela). This creates a dislike feeling about having breakfast, dinner etc in the hotel. The room and bathroom light intensity is very low; so each time I use the phone light to shave myself.

Good one

The SPA facilities are plenty to choose from. There are enough sun chairs for everyone. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is varied and tasty.

The hotel needs renovation. It’s a bit worn out. Our last visit was a couple of years ago and I can tell the difference.
