Crew is the best.
The lobby must be free to use.

The hotel is perfectly located. Very close to the pick Snejanka, much more high then the main complex of Pamporovo. There is a indoor swimming pool, but close by there is a terrace when a sunbath is possible. Because of hight, summer nights are fresh and pretty cool.
Everything is perfect.

The apartment is very big and clean, the view is amazing and the food in the restaurant was very good.
The pool can be refreshed a bit more.

The staff were without fault. They were extremely friendly and accommodating. The bar area is lovely, the food far exceeded our expectations and I would say the value for money is fantastic.
The room was a little tired (missing ceiling panel in the bathroom for example) and there wasn’t much storage for our stuff in the room. Which was ski gear, ie quite bulky. The beds weren’t the comfiest but after a tiring day on the slopes, it didn’t matter greatly. The parking was on slushy, snowy mud and we all got very muddy getting in and out of it. This said, for what we paid I’d say we still got a complete bargain and I’d happily recommend it.

Friendly staff, facilities as expected, the restaurant is quite good (something rare in pamporovo).
Would be nice the breakfast to start earlier than 8am. Also, will not hurt to provide for example an electric kettle, so people can make coffee and tea

The location was great, very close to the main ski area. ~20mins by walking and 3-4 mins with a car, also there's a free hotel shuttle which can take you there. SPA facilities were good even though there's only Sauna and Steam bath included. The water in the swimming pool was warm enough. The breakfast and in general the restaurant were great. Also the staff were very polite and supporting - waiters, receptionists, the hotel manager and even the piccolo. In addition there's a play room for kids.
Not much that I could think about - only the configuration of the hotel lift was overwriting us when called from a higher floor and maybe a working jacuzzi could make our stay even better.

The hotel is in a nice, quiet location surrounded by trees, but not too far away from the centre of the Pamporovo ski area. We found the rooms to be comfortable, spacious and well heated. As for the spa area, it's large and has a swimming pool, sauna and steam room, which were all very welcome after a day on the slopes. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful on the whole. We also really liked the lobby area, where you could sit by the fire and play games in the evenings.
The hotel runs a shuttle service to the Ralitsa car park (just a few hundred metres away from the hotel) and the Studenets area. At Ralitsa, you can join the green 6 piste from where you can ski down to the lifts at Studenets and Malina. From Studenets, you can get on the main chairlift to the top of the Snezhanka mountain (1920m). This service was very reliable throughout our stay and was an easy way for us to get to the slopes.
The buffet food in the restaurant wasn't always hot, which was a shame because the food itself was delicious. Also, the volume of the music in the restaurant was very loud at times, which spoilt the atmosphere and even made it difficult to have a conversation with the person sitting next to you. It should also be mentioned that certain members of the restaurant staff were pushy and not particularly friendly, which wasn't in keeping with other parts of the hotel.
We were travelling in a fairly large group with a lot of beginner skiers/snowboarders. As mentioned, the hotel runs a shuttle service to the ski slopes/lifts, so we assumed that it would be possible to use this service each day. Unfortunately, the hotel wasn't prepared to take us to the Malina area of the ski resort, where ski/snowboard lessons for beginners take place. Even after discussing the matter with hotel staff, they still wouldn't offer us a shuttle service to Malina, which seems unreasonable considering that Pamporovo is a resort that caters for beginners. This would be a problem for anyone who stays at the hotel without their own transport, or would simply prefer to use the shuttle service instead of driving to the slopes.

The hotel is very well located for those who want to ski or go hiking, having a very good quality/price ratio. The breakfast and dinner are very tasty and it is important that the products are fresh, the Christmas dinner was special in terms of food and live music. The restaurant serves varietal wines. The chef is skilled. The staff is generally kind, communicative, especially Liuba from the reception and the young waitress from the Republic of Moldova. The SPA area is OK, the wet sauna is very good. Bedding and towels are changed every 4 days, the hotel is clean. There are toiletries, bathrobes, indoor slippers. Even if the hotel is full, there is a possibility of parking nearby.
As a recommendation, it would perhaps be useful to accommodate guests with children on the lower floors or in the same area, for more quiet in the hotel.
