Nearly perfect except the guy at the restaurant

The hotel was well-organized. It was clean enough. It made up our expectations. The location was great. The restaurant was great. Food was delicious. The options were for all ages. Our room was fairly spacious for a family of four.

We didn't like just one thing. It was one of the staff dealing with restaurant located at the bottom of the hotel. He was fairly rude for us when we were spending our first dinner. During our stay, were were five families. My friends liked to spend the dinner as we had a long drive. It meant to be a relaxation but the guy spoiled it. The guy was bald wearing glasses. My friends wanted to get three tables together. He came there furiously and told us "It is not your home". I got angry and tried to explain him how he needs to talk to people. We are gentlemen and we know there are rules. What made us disappointed is the manner of speech. Everyone deserves kindness.

The hotel was easy to find and well maintained, it was warm inside.. The best part was the kids animation.

The underground garage was scary and dangerous. The staff was absolutely careless, except for the cleaning ladies. The food was poor, the same plates were served over breakfast and dinner . The spa center very disappointing, the swimming pool was cold.

The room was pleasant. The location is ok. The breakfast was good. The spa facilities are nice.

The hotel was very busy but I did not like the feeling of it being so packed. The coffee was very bad quality. The breakfast buffet was so crowded that you couldn’t move past the coffee machines. All they need to do is move them out of the area where people are walking through and place them around the breakfast areas. It’s very badly thought-out. It needs some attention. There were no facilities to make tea or coffee in the bedroom, which is just unacceptable for a 4* hotel. The towels in the spa area were small hand towels and this is not ok for drying yourself or sitting on one of the lounge chairs around the pool (which were all wet from other people.) I need a towel to cover the sunbed. The hotel room was not cleaned on a daily basis, only the trash was removed. The bedroom door did not close (1 bedroom room and living room.) It was a flimsy partition wall and it felt too thin. The hairdryer did not work. (I did not tell management about this.) They’re are no heated towel rails and considering this is a ski hotel- there’s no way to dry gloves or damp clothing at all. Also- not enough hooks to hang up items of clothing. There were used coffee cups outside our room for 2 days and some croissants on the 3rd day. The ski boot room does not have heated boot warmers but it is warm enough to partially dry the boots.

the breakfast was fine, the lobby is nice and cosy, the location is fine, its easy to rent skis and there’s a shuttle to the ski lift

The prices are absolutely outrageous and completely unfitting the amenities and facilities that are being provided. The spa is subpar at best, it is always flooded, the larger steam bath and sauna do not get heated properly so are completely useless and there’s tiles falling off the walls. Do not go if you don’t have kids, its like a midsize school, never seen so many kids in my life. If you do have kids it’s probably the best place ever. Half the employees are nice and helpful and the other half either don’t know what they’re doing, are bad at their jobs or just don’t want to be there (which btw fair enough the hotel is terrible). I’ve never felt so robbed of my time and money as my stay in this hotel. It says 4 stars but it was probably 4 stars 10 years ago when the furnishings and facilities were new. Also forget all hope of having a good nights sleep as the beds are box spring single mattresses placed on top of what seems to be pulled out sofa beds. My neck, my back will never be the same. The last thing you want after a long day on the slopes or just needing to relax is to go back to the worlds most uncomfortable bed.

Breakfast was excellent, all things was perfect except described below.

1) Free parking too small and in fact you will park your car along the highway at the foot of the hill where the hotel is located and walk uphill to get to the hotel. It is very uncomfortable. 2) There are free buses in order to get to the ski zone from the hotel. But there are more people who want to go by bus than places in the bus. As the result - we miss several buses and lost several hours due to the lack of enough seats. The process to get the seats in the bus when you return to the hotel from the ski zone quite nervous. 3) no WiFi in our room.

Nice winter escape, good for money value. Good for ski.

Very delicious food in the restaurant. We had a big room with a nice view to the mountain.

Most of the gaming machines were broken, literally taking the coins. Same with the slots in the casino - absolute disaster. The SPA is really dirty, only one sauna was working properly. The room was not very clean.
