Beautifully decorated hotel, spa and wellness centre was amazing, breakfast was good. Hotel was very clean! Majority of staff very polite and helpful
Ski room not really a ski room, just a storage room just to store your ski. One of the receptionists not particularly helpful

The room and all facilities were amazing. Breakfast and dinner were good too. Having a big pool is gorgeous and the night club is a great idea. The SPA is awesome.
Two slow elevators sometimes caused big delays. The restaurant was a bit expensive.

The only things I was truly satisfied with during my stay were the massage therapist at the spa center, who did an excellent job, and the restaurant called Neptune. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and kind, the food was amazing, and the atmosphere was really pleasant.
Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. The attitude of the hotel staff was unpleasant, the cleanliness was poor, and the breakfast food was far below expectations. On the third day of our stay, after several phone calls from my side and having to raise my voice, our room was finally cleaned.
