Overall i like the hotel, would recommend it. It is in bery hood neighborhood in the city centre.

I liked mostly the spacious room and bathroom. The beds were very comfortable! Also I can confirm it was very clean.

I liked everything, the personnel could have been a little bit more polite. Even though they have a parking there was no space for us. Luckily we could park for free at that area. We came at 1 pm and had to wait until 2. No big deal- but a little smile won’t hurt anyone. Bear in mind - you cannot make coffee in the hotel. You have to buy from downstairs. The room did not have a balcony..

Pass on Real in Plovdiv.

Really didn't like much. I guess price fits the value. Big plus was elevator.

AC very weak. Needed to be on 24/7 to perceive it. Location is really not close to anything you want to see, more like a 15 minute walk to old town and city center. Surrounding area was nice some streets and borderline dangerous/graffiti/trash on other streets.

Very pleasant and comfortable stay in the heart of Plovdiv

Very clean, comfortable, everything well prepared, kind staff.

They made me pay 2 EUR from my previous stay for 2 bottle of water which is this kind of thing that make you understand why the Leisure industry is complaint all the time blaming the institution when the customer care is so low. Paying for a small box to take food away, paying for a bottle of water 2 years later, which should be offered for free imho is ridiculous.

Perfect for our three-day work stay in Plovdiv

A family hotel with real 3-star rating. Very clean, well managed, with helpful staff. Situated in quiet neighbourhood with plenty of parking spots. Nice floor heating in the room!

The walls are probably thin so we could hear the guests in the next room.

Great small hotel in a lovely town

Rooms are spacious, well furnished and everything was super clean. The hotel looks rather new, so it's not surprising that everything worked (i.e. switches, door knobs, AC etc.)

It would have been great if Cafe/pizzeria in the lobby would accept card payments. Also there's not a whole lot of sound insulation between rooms. That didn't bother me much personally, but I'm certain some guests would mind.

Nice value for money hotel close to the center of Plovdiv

Nice value for money hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean, mine had a big terrace. Located close to the center of Plovdiv but still on a quiet street away from the big boulevards.

It is a newly constructed building (which in Bulgaria is not a good thing) so expect to hear a lot from you neighbors' conversations.

Прекрасное расположение, если вы путешествуйте на машине. Нет проблем с парковкой и пробками. Можно с домашними животными (за дополнительную плату). Большой номер. А у нас ещё была и огромная терраса. Очень чисто. Персонал дружелюбный. Пешком можно минут за пятнадцать дойти до центра города. Тихо.

Это не отель высшего класса, поэтому особых недостатков я не заметил. Всё соответствует цене. Единственное, лифт очень медленный. Жене также не понравилась подушка. Но у меня проблем не было.

Ruhige Lage - auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt zu empfehlen!

Das Hotel Real liegt unweit des Stadtzentrums in einer sehr ruhigen Nebenstrasse. Die Altstadt, aber auch Supermärkte und Restaurants sind fussläufig erreichbar. Der CheckIn lief problemlos, der Rezeptionist war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Von der Lobby aus führt ein Fahrstuhl in die oberen Etagen. Die gebuchte Junior Suite war sehr gross, mit Sitzgarnituren, Schreibtisch, Flat-TV, Minibar und Klimaanlage (die gut funktionierte) ausgestattet. Mehrere grosse Fenster boten einen Blick auf den Stadtpark. Die Boxspringbetten und das Bettzeug waren absolut neuwertig. Das grosse Bad bot allerdings nur wenige Ablageflächen. Alles war blitzsauber. Auch das schnelle WLan funktionierte einwandfrei. Das Real verfügt über ein gutes „italienisches“ Restaurant, in dem auch das à la carte Frühstück serviert wird. Für Motorradreisende interessant ist die Tiefgarage, in der man auf Anfrage kostenlos seine Maschine sicher parken kann. Das Hotel Real erhält eine klare Empfehlung von mir! Es eignet sich sehr gut als Ausgangspunkt für eine Städtereise nach Plovdiv!

Einen Schlüssel (!) für den Zimmersafe gab es erst auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption.

Camere molto spaziose con letti comodi. Bagno un po meno. Comodissimo il parcheggio sotterraneo per le nostre moto. Non distante dal centro. Personale disponibile. La colazione non è soddisfacente bisogna chiedere al tizio del ristorante cosa preparare, non è a buffet.

Da migliorare il servizio colazione.
