the bed and pillows were really comfortable and the room was quite nice. we enjoyed it

the spa wa squite outdated, sauna didn't work/barely worked (it was like 30-40 degrees in sauna) and steam room did not work either it was even colder... jacuzzi was ok

Honestly, it was better than expected. The room was spotless, the bed was insanely comfortable. The location made it easy to walk to most places we wanted to check out. Would definitely book again next time I'm in town.

Not what I was expecting, would try another place next time

The location is good, plenty of parking. The staff that worked was friendly and welcoming. The room was quite big with plenty of room for a family of 4. Beds were comfortable.

The room was not as clean as I expected, nor it looked like the photos on the hotel page. The carpet had burnt marks from cigarette. The bathroom was old and had weird wooden toilet seat, that was dirty - nothing like the marble bathroom images they show. Ok, maybe not all rooms are the same, but in the room images, they only show the beds and it is a bit misleading.

Short family stay in Plovdiv

It is nicely decorated facility, clean, well maintained and modern. There's enough spaces to park car. Hotel is in the vicinity of a park, kids playground and restaurants.

Bed and pillow were very uncomfortable. Shower design is without cabin which makes bathroom very wet.
