There’s nothing. I have all what I need. The apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary things. There’s iron and iron table, hairdryer 🫣. All you need for cooking is on the kitchen shelf.

Great stay

Apartment was cozy and spacious. Kitchen is well equipped. Relatively close to the center, enjoyed walks. Host was very hospitable, we had very late check in, and he left a detailed instructions including video how to get in. Has own parking on hotel's premises. Overall great experience.

New modern hotel building with a new modern apartment. Close to supermarkets, bus stations, cafe bars and all that like a local. Direct bus to city center or by foot 15 minutes. Railway station also close, direct bus line. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable bed, good sleep. 70 m2 of space.

Our apartment did not have microwave. Everything else is great.

I did not dine at the Hotel. I usually ate breakfast with items I had bought.

No toaster in room. No instructions on how to open/shut three way opening windows and doors. Washing machine was mentioned on the web site, but none in room.

A convenient accommodation for both pleasure and work

It is located in a quiet area, and on a walking distance from the city centre. The apartment was well-equipped and spotless. It had a free parking lot, which was very convenient. The internet connection was stable.

Pretty much...OK.

Our apartment was on the 5th floor, apartment #9. Price was $49USD/night. Check in was a breeze! Nice spacious apartment with a dedicated parking space. (which disappears on the weekend). There are 2 air-conditioning units, bedroom and living room- not always the case! The building is on a dead end street, which reduces night time noise to zero. The bed is very firm. Very good lighting. An easy to use washing machine, and a large drying rack, also the aforementioned "balcony". For longer stays housekeeping is available, but you will have to request it! Kitchen has a 2 burner stove and an oven (no microwave). There are corner grocery stores nearby and a LIDL Supermarket a 10 minute walk away. It's a 30+ minute walk to the southern-most edge of the Old Town. The immediate area is more walkable than drivable. Lots of narrow one way streets, with parked cars.

Apt wasn't particularly clean . Bath shower drain was clogged with a huge mass of long hair. There is however a shower curtain, a welcome relief from the sloppy mess of the usual shower in this part of the world, occupying an open corner of the bathroom, even in nice places. The entire apartment needs a paint job though, as the entire living room/kitchen area has stains on the walls. The "balcony" should not be described as such. It is no better than a Juliet balcony, 18" deep at the most, barely enough room to stand in but no room for so much as a chair let alone a table. So if you 're looking for a place to relax outside, which is what we expect when we see the word "balcony", there is none. There's not much of a view except rooftops and a western exposure which is blistering hot in summer. No toaster, no coffee maker (a tea kettle though)/ There are adequate dishes, pots/ pans and cutlery, but NO cooking utensils(NO spatula, slotted spoon, strainer, or ANY other utensils) that you need to cook with. Our stay was for 9 days, and I cooked every night.. No easily accessible dumpster for garbage -it's 2 short blocks away. We had to find it ourselves. The owner does not take any criticism gracefully, and becomes abusive.

Great, quiet stay not far from city center

Very well maintained apartment-hotel. The kitchen was appropriately outfitted with dishes, and there were a couple tea options and sugar available (maybe coffee, too, but I don't drink coffee and didn't pay attention). The rooms reflected the photos and it was clean and modern. A/C worked great which is helpful in the heat of Plovdiv in the summer. Not far from the city center, but I have a car. The private parking was a FANTASTIC bonus. Our host was polite and informative. WiFi worked great. Would definitely stay again.
