A good stop to recharge and spoil yourself

Light switches not always easy to find, and a desk would have been nice in the suite.... but the Sauna, the full wood-finish and the artsy feel more than made up for it

Location is excellent and has the essentials of what you need.

Room I had had 2 bunk beds in the room and the whole place is small and exceptionally cramped. Bathroom was downstairs. Did not get sent any check in instructions until I was at the property and stood outside, was only sent them after I had to ask.

The lady that administrated the location was very kind and helpful in offering the details for an easy self check-in ( we arrived around 20:30 in the evening) and for car parking .

The twin bunk bed room is very small, you access the room through a very narrow staircase. There's not even a mirror there. The room is definitely made for a desk but not a place to sleep.

Cozy and historic stay in the center of Plovdiv.

Room well decorated using local and ethnic elements (like the lamps!). Super cozy, warm, clean and with a great sauna!

Just keep in mind that theres a lot of stairs to get to the top room. It was not a problem for us, just a heads-up for people coming with many large suitcases.

A couple of things could have been done better. My room had no mirror, so had to keep going to the shared bathroom, as it’s a shared bathroom with a dorm room they should make sure that there is good amount of toilet roll. I also think they should make it much clearer that only one room has access to the spa

Notice to anyone visiting Plovdiv in need of an apartment that provides maximum value, location perfection, supreme comfort and exceptional charm, look no further than Saborna 25 Guest House. Oh, and if you're also in need of an exceptionally friendly, helpful and informative host, this booking will check those boxes as well.

The only thing that would have made our stay better is if we had more time to spend in Plovdiv. This place is perfect if you're only in town for one night, but we could absolutely see ourselves loving it for an extended stay.

A very friendly host who helped us with numerous quieres during our stay in Plovdiv. Clean rooms, a comfortable stay and the best location one could imagine in Plovdiv, right in the centre between the Old Town and the Heartbeat of the City.

We booked the "bunk bedroom". Very little but enough for 2 persons, and good value for money. Right next to the old town and Kapana. The shared WC was very nice and clean.

The house is very nice and at great location, the room was clean and cozy . Very convenient that we were able to check in in the middle of the night after a long drive.

There was a small "white" noise which was a bit bothering in the quietness of the night but eventually didn't disturb our sleep.
