Amazing stay , everything 10/10

Super location, close to main attractions. Very big, super clean and comfortable room. Comfortable bed, yammy breakfast with great coffee. Good soundproofing and you even don't hear air condition working. I would recommend staying in this hotel for sure. We've got our room 2 ,5 hrs before check in time, thank you

The view was incredible. The location is perfect. The staff were the kindest of our trip.

One of the staff at breakfast noticed that my wife and I were struggling to settle our 4 month old baby. The staff member offered to hold him and we had one of the most memorable and happy moments of the trip watching her speak Bulgarian to our son while showing him around the restaurant while we ate.

Lovely HillHouse Plovdiv

I loved the location as it is close to all the main attractions of the city. Also the decoration of the room, as well as the dining room, is very nice and cozy. The room was quite clean with toiletries and disposable slippers, which is very convenient for the traveler. The breakfast was very nice with a great variety. Finally, the accommodation is very hospitable for families, as they provided us for free a crib with a mattress, with sheets, with towels and a pillow, too! I clarify this, because it was the first time that we were provided with all this for our baby.

Only the mattress of the bed was a little bit afflicted, but you can sleep quite well.

Overall I had a great stay at HillHouse and would recommend this place whenever you’re in Plovdiv.

The location was the best. It’s in Old Town and walkable to all the cultural sights and museums. Room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was great. The staffers were all nice and very helpful.

I took one star away because the reception desk staff is only open from 9 AM - 7PM. So if you arrive during their off time you’ll need to message them to make arrangements to gain access to the room as you need the room key to enter the hotel.

A fabulous hotel in a great location - very close to the Old Town We had a great room and bathroom with an excellent shower The breakfast was a generous buffet - one of the best we had in Bulgaria We had requested a parking spot [as there is very limited parking in the centre of Plovdiv] and the hotel staff helped us to locate a space and park the car. Very informative, friendly and welcoming host

A very lovely neighbourhood in the old city, from where you can access all the historical houses and attractions by foot. The croissant for the breakfast was quite good.

Perfectly located

The location was unbeatable straddling old town above and kapana below, an easy walk to every site of interest. The staff went over and beyond assisting us to find parking, no small deed considering we were in old town. I enjoyed breakfast with enough fresh fruit and decent croissants. Eggs, meat and cheeses were available. Espresso machine served us well. Our room had enough space to spread out a bit.

Pillows were a bit squishy. A small thing but perhaps easy to fix by offering the option of one more firm.

The hotel was amazing. A beautiful modern hotel. The location was outstanding. Exactly in the middle between the beautiful Old Town and cozy artistic neighbourhood of Kapana. The breakfast was of a high standard and the service excellent. Especially the host Konstantin did a fabulous job.

Perfect place in the Old town

The place was great: from the outside they have kept the look of the Old town in Plovdiv, which is amazing, and inside everything is renovated. The rooms were very clean and nice, we had everything needed. Location was perfect - Just at the entrance of the Old town. The host was very hospitable, helped us with parking the car. The breakfast was delicious: for the coffee lovers, I have to mention the coffee machine, which was of high quality so we could drink real good espresso.

Overall very happy with our stay. For sure we will use this botique hotel again when in Plovdiv.

The family room was modern, spacious and very comfortable. There is also a kitchen in the family room with full size oven if you did choose to cook. Hill House boutique residence is exceptionally clean inside the room and all other common areas. The front desk reception are very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for exploring Plovdiv old town.

As a very minor negative, the bed was a bit on the hard side for our taste. There is secure parking 30m from the hotel at an additional cost of 10 Euro per night, fine for a short stay but would add to the cost if staying for an extended period.

Superb location, impeccably clean and perfect place to stay in Plovdiv. Staff were friendly and efficient and went way above to please. Front desk, restaurant and room staff were great at their jobs and made us feel welcome. Gluten free options for breakfast as well! The ratings on this hotel are well deserved.

Honestly, hard to find fault with anything. Would not hesitate to make this our first choice when we return someday for another visit.

Bathroom floor got wet every time we showered. No tissues. No safe. Room key had the name and number of the room on it. Should it get lost, it could be a problem. Front door was often left open by staff. Breakfast was not great. Stale food was served.

The Hill House is in an excellent location right in between the Old Town, Kapana and the modern center in a beautiful location. The rooms are modern and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and did everything to make my stay pleasant.

A perfect stay with fantastic staff, delicious breakfast, and an ideal location.

Our stay at this hotel was truly outstanding. The staff did their best to ensure our visit was exceptional. They secured a convenient parking spot for us in a nearby parking location at a very reasonable rate, they were friendly and made us feel at home. They provided detailed directions, which were incredibly helpful as we arrived by car. The breakfast they offered was not only delicious but also accompanied by a top-notch coffee. The perfect start to our day! The location of the hotel was a major highlight as well, just a stone's throw away from the vibrant Kapana, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. I can't recommend HillsHouse highly enough. The exceptional service, great breakfast, and prime location made our stay amazing. Would love to visit again.
