We needed parking from the afternoon until next day noon. The hotel was very helpful reserving a spot which was very near, convenient and affordable. The staff at the reception was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. We needed a good rest and the room surely provided it. The location was perfect too. It was a perfect stay. Clean and quiet, a modern comfortable room for a family of 3, good breakfast, helpful staff, nearby safe parking, incredible location.

It is the second time we stay at HillHouse and were as delighted as the first time, in 2019.
Excellent!
There is no better option for the old town, everything is walking distance.
Safe parking assured close to the hotel.

Clean and location was great.
Bathroom floor got wet every time we showered. No tissues. No safe. Room key had the name and number of the room on it. Should it get lost, it could be a problem. Front door was often left open by staff. Breakfast was not great. Stale food was served.
