We stayed in room 403 for 2 nights and enjoyed it. Room had a small balcony facing the church next to it. The room is modern but had limited space - especially the bathroom had no counter space. Location is superb - 2 min walk to the Roman theater, 10-15 min walk to the pedestrian shopping street (be mindful of walking up and down the cobblestone streets). We enjoyed our stay - staff are super helpful and friendly.
Pro:
Location in the old town. Close to all main sites. We liked the location but others might not like the uphill walk.
Quiet area.
Cons:
Hotel does not have elevator so might be troublesome for adults with mobility issues. Staff are helpful with luggage though.
Breakfast is great but have to book a day prior for the kitchen to prepare.
Would definitely stay here again. Loved the decor and ambiance!

This beautiful little hotel is in the most perfect location. Stuff super friendly. Breakfast is nice, but need to preorder the night before.
Rooms are comfortable. Shower doors and bidet need repairs. Had a fantastic stay otherwise!!

Hotel ok, like the boutique feel of the hotel but did not liked how enclosed it felt (lack of air circulation) room ok, rather small for my comfort and with extra gimmicks in electrical/electronics (audio, lighting, heaters) tough to u understand /control. Restaurant not open for breakfast/was served breakfast to my room a perk did not really appreciate.
In any case nice experience but probably wrong time of the year/weather and hotel was empty or close to that , meaning staff at minimum (it felt that way).
