Cleanliness, helpful and very pleasant staff, comfortable rooms , I would rate bed comfort at 8/10, everything else was great, so is the location, with a large supermarket down the street and a smaller one across the street. Loved our stay and love Plovdiv and its people, unlike Sofia people .
There was a smell of mold in the bathroom when we kept the door shut , it was pretty strong at night when the door remained shut for hours.

The staff on check out and check in were so helpful. The room was gorgeous and great location. Great value for money.
Minor issue but wifi didn’t work. I didn’t highlight it so it may have been fixable.
