Great location

The hotel was located just a very short walk away from the city centre of Plovdiv, so it was really easy to walk everywhere. The room was modern and well kept, and it was a nice touch that they had tvs which were equipped with netflix, amazon prime and so on. Staff are also very friendly and helpful.

It was a very pleasant staying!

The room was very cozy and comfortable and in a very good location. You could also find parking easily. Diana and Emil were very polite, always with a smile and really helpul with everything. It is sure that we will visit it again with our family.

Good Location

The room had a reasonable amount of amenities, including bottled water and slippers, which we appreciated. It was easy to obtain extra towels and water if necessary. The reception staff was pleasant and friendly.

Our room had a terrible smell from the plumbing pipes, and it was not fixed. To be fair, we were offered to move to another room, but then would have to move again the next night, so we opted not to move.

Excellent hotel to stay for visits to Plovdiv.

There location is quiet and yet close to the main centre of Plovdiv. The staff are helpful and friendly and pre booking questions were answered clearly and accurately.

Great value for money

Almost everything was great! Located near the central street, only 15 minutes away from Old Town, this place was comfortable and clean.

Only shower space was irrelevant to the studio - old, partially nonfunctional shower, poor ventilation. Also bathroom was wet after every shower.

Lovely apartment in an excellent location

Excellent central location in Plovdiv and a very nice apartment with all necessary amenities in place. The apartment size was adequate and the kitchen was well-equipped (coffee, water, etc.). Very friendly staff.

The bathroom floor got flooded pretty quickly (a mop was left in place, but still).

Room with twin beds on 1st floor

The sofa and table were comfortable for a busy day in the city. The TV had options like Youtube, Netflix. The beds were comfortable. There is a working clean elevator. It's close to the Odeon, and the park with singing founrains. It's close to the Big Basilica museum. Close by it has restaurants and coffee places.

Why is the reception on 3rd floor? Reception was on 3rd floor, and our room was on 1st, probably there are rooms on parter floor too.

Amazing! Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing apartment with literally everything you need - a washing machine/dryer, a big fridge, an oven, a big couch, 2 TVs, a dining table… everything is renovated and very comfortable. Emil, who received us at the reception is SO kind, helpful and easy to talk to - and we had contact via booking messages and he always responded extremely fast. Thank you so much!

The only minus is that even though it’s been renovated, you can see some things that are not so well done or a little bit broken so the quality of furniture for example is not the highest (half-broken chair, for example) but we didn’t care at all because it’s still very comfortable and very affordable. So the quality of things is really the only little minus I can think of - in general, it’s absolutely worth the money!

Unbelievable good apartment for a good price.

The room is big and has everything needed. Location is perfect. The clerks are very friendly. 10 walking minutes to the pedestrian zone and all shops. T-Market is 30 meters away. A cigarette store is 10-15 meters away. A döner restaurant is about 70 meters around the hotel. Best hotel in Plovdiv, if you want to see the old city and center district.

Looked bigger in photos, felt squashed for 2 adults and 2 children. Awful if booked for 4 adults.

The apartment was modern and clean with a fully functional kitchenette to allow home cooking whilst away. The staff were very nice. There was a lovely coffee shop beneath the hotel with really good coffee and cakes. There was a supermarket directly opposite the hotel. There was a swimming pool in the Ramada hotel across the road which you could buy a ticket to stay there for the day for 20 lev. The area was quiet enough and there were no disturbances while trying to sleep.

The walls surrounding the bathroom were damp, wallpaper was literally peeling from the walls, tiles were either missing or loose in the bathroom. The shower door was not sealed at the joints or underneath where it meets the floor so every shower soaked the floors entirely. So a minimum of 1 towel was needed for the floor each shower use. There was very little fresh air available to the apartment. Had to open the balcony door to let air circulate. That in turn prevented the air conditioning unit to work effectively. All doors were preprogrammed with a push button code. We learned that each room had the same code with the first digit changed depending on what floor you were on. I could have let myself into any room at any time using the code system.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The rooms looked exactly like in the pictures- well maintained, tastefully decorated. Great location with everything within a walking distance. The host is very nice helpful guy. I will definitely come back.

Excellent place in Central Plovdiv

Very modern flat, excellent central location in Plovdiv, well equipped, friendly staff. The furniture was comfortable and stylish.

The only downside (and it’s a small one) is that too much water was gathering on the bathroom floor when someone was taking a shower.

Exceptional

The staff were amazing, let us leave the bags there as we were early and showed us so many different places to visit, provided us with a map and they even had a special app that showed places of interest and recommendations for bars and restaurants. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed, it felt clean and safe and comfortable. Couldn't have asked for a better stay and for excellent value. The location was good, walking distance everywhere and a lovely cafe just outside.
