Cannot recommend this place enough!

This is the only place I stay at when I go to Plovdiv. The rooms are exquisitely done, the manager is always super helpful, the location is perfect - both central but quiet. And OMG the bed! This is the most comfortable mattress I've slept on in ages!

Excellent and it was absolutely above and beyond my expectations!

29A Guesthouse is just 8-10 minutes walk to the train station. The Tsar Simeon Park is just around the corner. The old city and the city center are near as well. We walked every day to all the ancient sights in Plovdiv. Boris was always very helpful! He was always available whenever we needed help. He called taxi for us when we needed one and he even picked us up at the train station during our arrival! Boris also gave us a list of to go places, restaurants and cafes, etc. We took the nearest restaurant that was on the suggestion list, it was the Central Park Fusion which is just about 9 minutes from the 29A Guesthouse. We were so happy we went there because the food was amazing and the price is affordable for our budget! We went there twice because we really love the food and the ambiance! Our overall stay in Plovdiv was excellent! We will definitely stay again at 29A Guesthouse and we will go eat again in the Central Park Fusion! 29A Guesthouse is for me a home away from home.

We loved it!

This was the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. Visited Plovdiv a bunch of times, but never had such a nice time The hotel is located on one of the prettiest streets , quiet and just on the corner of the main square. Exterior of the house is very charming. Inside the house it was super clean, quiet and we felt like home. Very luxurious home (:I just wish it stays forever as we saw it that day. It must be hard work keeping the standard so high. Definitely this will be our first choice when visiting Plovdiv again. Thank you so much.

Plovdiv trip

Top location a couple of minutes walk distance from Plovdiv centre - Kapana. Very good value, extremely clean and cozy. Staff was very helpful and polite. Thank you!

Exceptional, perfect for a visit to Plovdiv.

Perfect location for a visit to Plovdiv. The guest house itself is very nice, and the rooms are extreamly nice, you can tell the owners have travelled outside of Bulgaria and know how to deliver customer experience and satisfaction, aswell as modern, clean, and very comfortable accomodation that equals anything found in internationally.

I have zero negative comments about the hotel or location. Parking may be the only potential issue, however there are plenty of paid car parks only a few hundred meters away.

The location is great, close to the city center and at the same time not in a crowded street. The room was clean, neat, very well equipped. You could find there everything you need. The host was very nice.

The rooms were immaculate, the atmosphere was cozy, and every amenity surpassed our expectations. Boris was incredibly hospitable, going above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. His kindness and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Plovdiv.

The room was very cozy, atmospheric, stylish, and comfortable.

The bed was comfy and came with two pillows, which added to the overall comfort. There were many thoughtful details: guest slippers, an iron, ironing board, mini fridge with a minibar, coffee machine with two cookies, glasses, a fan, an air purifier or humidifier (not sure exactly), a shoe brush, micellar water, and even a scale, among other things. It was very convenient for a longer stay. The staff were very friendly and spoke English well, which made the experience even more pleasant. At the entrance, there were candies and slices of what I believe was traditional Easter bread (we were there during Easter) — such a lovely and heartwarming touch.

One small note — this isn't really a downside, just a personal remark: the bed linen had a very strong fragrance. I have asthma, so perhaps I should have mentioned that in advance, but luckily it didn’t trigger any attacks. For most people, though, this would probably be a plus, as the room smelled absolutely wonderful. Also, the step near the door creaked a little, but it wasn’t too loud or disturbing.

What a cozy place to stay, very clean anything you may need is in the room. Emanuella is a very kind and nice lady, helped us a lot in order to recommend nice places. Arranged parking place as well. Also she prepared us “banitsa” by her own hands when we check out. I definitely recommend this place

A most comfortable stay :)

General: everything was perfect. Firstly, we got the exact room that we saw online. Nice interior and, most importantly, very clean. We were provided with everything (nice soaps, a lot of towels, coffee, tea and water during this hot period). The bathroom was outstanding. The room was spacious. Last but not least, the host is a lovely and very caring person. Good communication from the start. Was very helpful and understanding when one of us became ill. I can only recommend this hotel and we’ll definitely come back!

Exceptional

The host is extremely kind and hospitable. The house, itself, looks like an architectural monument, which has been beautifully renovated both outside and inside. The location is excellent - two minute away from one of the main squares, a beautiful park and the main walking street. The area is lovely and safe even for late evening walks. The room is equipped with everything you may need for a pleasant stay - all kind of bathroom amenities, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, an iron, a hair drier, an AC and a TV, of course, and even a bluetooth speaker in the shower cabin. It is very clean, cosy and spacious with the typical high ceilings. Although it is located on a central street, you hear no noise from the outside when the windows are closed. Overall, a dream place to stay at while visiting Plovdiv. We would definitely visit it again :)

5-star experience, without a hussle of a hotel logistics

If you are looking for a 5-star experience, without a hussle of a corridors' and elevators' crowd - this a place for you. The place is incredible. Every little detail is taken care of. Big comfy beds. Best douvet, best sheets, best towels, wonderful ambient light, very quiet - even thogh its a corner house - thx to double windows. Lavazza coffee, herbal tea, all the amenities one might need. The host accomodated us with vey short notice. Recommended 2 resto. Both great! Nice park nearby. So, if you are looking for a chic, stylish, quiet place - go for it.
