Simple, sleep and go hotel, 10 mins walk to town centre.

Friendly staff at reception, was able to check in early as I arrived earlier than expected. Comfortable quiet room to sleep. 10 mins easy walk to town centre. A kettle to make tea in the room. Breakfast was very simple, choose from menu options and brought to table. Price and performance ratio was correct.

All ok for me, just a quick stop for one night. The hotel is a bit tired looking now, certainly time to do some refurbishment.

Fine for a short stay if you don't mind the smell

Staff was very friendly, room was spacious, city center is 10 mins by foot.

The place is old and has a specific non-pleasant smell in the common areas and in the room. Breakfast is okay but clearly made using low quality ingredients - margarine, palm oil.

Bathroom is basic. We were at 4th floor and lift didn’t work. Parking is 8 euro extra and very narrow.

Very nice location Near the city center, it's almost walking straight until the main attractions

The bathtub was way higher, it I had a little bit less mobility it would be difficult to shower without fearing that I might fall when entering or leaving the bathtub. The room curtains let the light go through, so at 6 in the morning it was already impossible to sleep.

Great stay!

The staff were more than helpful, advising us about shops and attractions, calling taxis for us, and even let us check in hours before we were supposed to. The room was SO spacious, clean, bath in the bathroom was a massive plus, everything was great!

A good and reasonably priced choice for a 2–3 day stay in Plovdiv

Located just a 10-minute walk from the old city and its main attractions. The rooms are clean and pleasant, with friendly staff. There are three parking spots available (fairly straightforward, but I recommend backing in!). There's even an elevator

The breakfast is based on five preset packages, so the variety of options is somewhat limited

Decent Hotel not far from the Bus Station and Main Square

Located in a quiet area along Ruski Blvd about a 15min walk from the Bus Station and also a 15min walk to the main square. The room came with air conditioning, mini fridge, kettle, TV. Wifi was good and decent breakfast. If leaving early they do a take away breakfast and provide complimentary bottled water

The hotel is a bit dated. Only one restaurant across the street which can be very busy over the weekend

Good place close to old town

Friendly and helpful staff, big clean room, location not far from old town, tasty breakfast

Elevator didn't work at check out time and we had to bring our cases by stairs from 5th floor. Hotel parking was full - and again our luggage was to be brought something like 250m from the nearest available public parking place. Nothing too serious to lower the rating but somewhat spoiled impression

good value for money in the city center.

The price was really good for this location, it was easy reaching all places of interest in the city center. The room was spacious.The breakfast was also good value for money, containing everyhting needed for a good start of the day, without being too rich.

The doors of the rooms in the apartment and the door of tha bathroom were made of glass, which was very unpleasant for us, breaching our privicy. We were with a 2 years old kid and she had to go to bed early, but the lights coming through the windows form the other part of the apartment were really an issue. The facilities in the bathroom were a bit worn out, but that was not a big issue anyway.

Great location near the old town. Breakfast was good. Be careful to read the booking message carefully and to ask for parking in advance. But you can also park on a street near the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Not so bad

- The great location, near to old city center. There is a lot of cafes and restaurants in the nearby - Good cleaning - New and fresh towels and bed sheets

- The main disappoint is parking. It was listed that private parking is provided, no one sentence about additional payment. To be honest it was the main point why we chose this hotel. At the end it turned to paid parking - 15 lev per night for the tiny place. - The hotel still keep “Soviet Units” design - Our windows were out to the busy street, where was a lot of noise from driving through cars. In addition the outside hotel ad shined into the room. In combination with poor curtains it make the sleep really uncomfortable

Disappointing

The rooms need repairing. The pillows are uncomfortable. The air conditioner in our room was as old as the hills. The parking is small and it's difficult to reach it because the entrance is very narrow. Breakfast is served by the staff, and we had to wait for it for quite a long time.

Extremely clean, large room, car parking on site at rear, view to hill opposite. Breakfast was wonderful: you are given a choice of 4 options from a menu, cooked immediately so nice and hot. Staff lovely.
