Good and always smiling face on reseption. The lady was so kind on welcome and even on goodbye time she came outside to wish good things.. there is possibility of parking nearby hotel...

Blankets were so short (weigth) it was not totally covering one side of the body. and airconditioner's filters should be cleaned often and regularly. it was not smeeling good general cleaning was acceptable. For our room In the middle of bathroom water drain doesnt work well so there is always water staying where you should step on. beside this things it is ok to stay. We like hotel i think because of the receptionist Lady's posetive energy that charhed us on our check in and whole time our stay...

My stay was a memorable experience

Magnificent view of the Plovdiv skyline! Also, the hotel should be rated 4-star because the furniture and overall comfort level are beyond pleasant. Super-friendly hosts also. There is a Chinese restaurant in the hotel's extension building with delightful cuisine, however the style of the rooms is modern/corporate and very much European. The accommodation looks better in person than what is displayed in the pictures. Especially the view, it's breathtakingly beautiful. I'm sure that I will never forget my visit. Thank you, I surely recommend the hotel!

Bad

Airconditioning was not able to be controlled and the temperature is above normal. Tested in 4 rooms. rooms smell. shower water the whole bathroom and you can slip and hurt yourself. bedsheets for a double bed are single. For the price, a breakfast could be included.

Стените са тънки и се чуват другите стаи, точно с изглед към булеварда, вечерта шума от колите е по-слаб. Ако паркирате след работно време, няма никъде паркинг места, хотелът има 1 служебен абонамент, който винаги е зает вечерно време. Кварталът е без зона, но полицията раздава фишове. Каналът почна да мирише след първия ден, климатикът е стар.

Много добра локация и много усложлив и уважителен персонал. Стаята бе чиста!

Много шумно място заради близкия булевард, определено хотела не предоставя възможност за тихи нощи. Климатикът в стаята ни бе монтиран точно над леглото и главите ни, което е безумие и го прави неизползваем реално през лятото, което пък за горещия Пловдив е недопустимо.

Bon emplacement : proche des restaurants et du centre ville historique. Literie de bonne qualité, on y dort bien. Chambre propre et en bon état.

Un peu bruyant avec le passage des voitures mais rien de gênant pour ma part.
