Good location, helpful and very polite staff, spacious rooms, comfortable bed and pillows, free parking.

There aren’t enough sockets (just one on the other side of the room none next to bed ) in the room for charging. Capsule coffees weren’t replaced for the second night of stay.

They changed rooms because of broken water system,but did not move my luggage so that I have to wait for a long time in the new room without luggage.Finally I moved everything.

Awful and wouldn’t recommend

Only the location as it was easily accessible with the public transport

In general the hotel is something that used to be 4-star quality and experience. Right now it’s dirty and very worn out. We were traveling with a 2-year old toddler. In the first evening there was loud music and around 22:00 I have decided to call the receptionist and see what is going on. She replied that there was an event happening and she can offer us to switch rooms. Inconvenient but somewhat of a solution. The next day - when we came back from our walk around noon we couldn’t enter our room. I had to go to the receptionist again (we were situated on the 11th floor) and she replied that they just forgot to “charge” our card keys. Next day when we were leaving- we came back from a short walk and again we couldn’t enter our room - again the same situation… And I can say that for the entire amount of time no one came to clean our room or change towels let alone to refresh the toiletries.. I was honestly quite disappointed because the amount that we have paid was quite high for service like this..

Very good

This is an upmarket hotel, which had a huge room and bed. It did have good amenities overall. The pool was excellent but there was no advertising of the hours it was open and so we went there in the early evening only to be told it was not open. Earlier int he day, the music that was playing was very loud. The parking system worked well.

The lighting in the room was not adequate. The drain in the shower was not working as well as it should. The breakfast was great but we were the only ones there and it looked as though they were really not set up for breakfast service. the waiter was very attentive but the coffee machine was not on and the juice machine was switched off!

Average hotel with cold swimming pool and old furniture, clean and walking distance to the center

The hotel room was very big and comfortable, with a huge window and a 14 floor city view, which was amazing. It was very spacious, clean and they had prepared a special bed for our baby. The staff was very kind and fulfilled our expectations.

The main problem of the hotel is that the windows cannot be opened and people have to be all the time with an AC. Therefore both my baby and my husband got a cold and had runny noses for a few days after our stay. In addition, the swimming pool was very cold (temperature around 20 degrees probably) which is very strange considering it was mid-august in Plovdiv and the temperature outside was over 30 degrees, and unacceptable considering it is a 4 star hotel. The price of the breakfast was also very expensive for a hotel (around 40 lv per day which is a restaurant price).

Questionable proposition

Free parking and a nice room and bed. Location is very good. Reception is helpful.

The hotel is not bad per se, but the places they have chose to invest in are questionable at best. The elevators are brand new, but they bathrooms are very old. Breakfast takes place in the wedding hall (?), there was a dead pigeon laying on the floor of said hall, variety was nonexistent, juice was extremely watered down and bitter, overall not a great experience. The keys to the room didn't work so we had to go back, AC in the room was weak, pool was full to the brim and tons of people reserve beds with towels in the morning and management does nothing about this. No outlets next to the bed, but at least they supplied an extension cord. The water in the minibar was paid, to my surprise.

The location of this hotel is great , downstairs in front of the hotel is a very nice bar with a nice atmosphere and food . Very next to the hotel, there is an amazing club that you can enjoy your night The hotel room is very spacious and nice view.

Well, there are some negative things about also, and I hope the management will take a look at the reviews . The hotel for sure needs a renovation. All the furniture, carpet and sofa are old. It has an odd smell,in the room there is no water but instant coffee and espresso machine. No flip-flops, something that I hate in a room where down is a carpet 😤 . I do not recommend to have a breakfast at that hotel , there is a small restaurant with an odd smelling 🤔 no fresh air ,no window open as it is summer, no a veranda to sit alao if you are a smoker you will need to go a level down to have a smoke .

Weirdly empty and quiet, but very good.

Vast, smart, empty and consequently quiet hotel. A labyrinth! Reception is huge too. Good receptionists. Helpful and friendly. Fast lifts (4) to floor (7). Entry with key into lobby with window. Room big and bright and comfortable with wardrobe with safe and plenty of hangers. Desk, chair, mirror, tele and (empty) fridge. Standard lamp. Two seater sofa and coffee table. Huge comfy bed; two singles pushed together, but, with huge ‘double’ (Queen?) mattress. Good, clean white striped bedding: two large single duvets and good firm pillows. Bedside cabinets with lighting over. Three huge windows with nets and curtains. Air con. Nice carpet. All clean all good. Separate toilet/bathroom with bath with shower over; shower curtain. Works well with plenty of hot water. Toiletries and towels good. Sink, mirror, hairdryer etc. clean enough and spacious. Excellent view of the pool, the suburb, Bunardzhika Hill and the Alyosha monument and the mountains beyond. Breakfast is in a huge room with a waitress. I was the only guest!? Twice! Breakfast is ordered from a breakfast menu; in English; English Breakfast headlines! I also had muesli, salad, yoghurt, toast, jam… Juice, tea/coffees. Outside the back of the hotel is Aqualand! It’s free to hotel guests; get a towel from reception. It’s wonderful. ‘Swim up’ bar with stools in the pool, waterfall, clean. An array of various loungers and piped ‘pop’ music! Panoramic bar/restaurant at the top (22) of the hotel with wonderful views. I had the hotel to myself!

My first room had a broken toilet cistern and constantly running water and a big cockroach (now deceased) in the bath. Before I could complain the receptionist was outside the door with a key to the room opposite! Yes, there’s some inconsequential mould on the ceiling; but, it’s not gonna hurt you. My ‘observations’ are the grouting looks unattractive; an hour with a brush and. The bath is a corner bath with curved edge. The shower curtain is on a straight pole and; but, hey! It’s not my floor! It is possible to keep the floor dry. The pool has constant ‘music’ 09:00-18:00 (When the pool shuts! Even for guests because the hotel use it) which can be repetitive; but, you’ll be in Old Town, so. WIFI rubbish. Don’t trust it. Save regularly. The air con is not brilliant, but, does work.

Outdated facility. High price for low value. Lacking small conveniencess like even power outlets (had an extension cord across the room), old showerhead and tiles, old furniture. Lobby bar and restaurant seem to be priority. Loud music was running until the early hours of the morning. Restaurant and bar guests had taken the whole parking lot with almost no parking for hotel guests.

Overall - I’d look for another spot to stay if I am looking for a hotel in Plovdiv.

The location is great and the staff was extremely polite. There’s also a spectacular view if your room is on an upper floor.

The rooms were terrible. There was mold over the ceiling, the bath was dirty, the shower head wasn’t spraying correctly and the drain was clogged. In addition there weren’t almost any electric plugs. Usually the booking websites state that there’s parking included, but that’s only true if none of the rest 5 nearby spots aren’t heavily using the parking(it’s a shared one).

Nice hotel, beautiful view, the bed was very comfortable and the room was really spacious.

The bathroom was old and there was some mold in the corners of the shower cabin.

If you hate sleeping at night, visit this hotel

There is a night club at the first floor of the hotel. At the same time, there is a night club at the last floor as well. To top all of that, there was a wedding, happening at the restaurant, which has... a retractable rooftop. Once they opened the roof, you could hear the music on the 14th floor perfectly. Combining this with the bass&sound experience from the night clubs at both ends of the hotel brought the whole experience to a sleepless night (even with earplugs available). Never again. (oh, and nothing better to compliment the latter with a dish of cold breakfast... mmm)

Fantastic staff at reception, very helpful and professional! The hotel is still a nice walk to the centre and the aqua park is a huge bonus!
