Excelent location, clean and easy access

Excellent staff, loation and very nice room , clean . It was very well decorated and the style of the old hose was also kept. It really exceeded our expectaion. I wopuld recommend for sure.

Only thing to note that you are passing throught the inner part of the restaurant (around the tables) to get to second floor where are the rooms.

The location and how cozy the place is. Also the staff in the restaurant was so polite, the service was amazing, oh and the food.....oh my ...i haven't eaten such extraordinary and delicious food anywhere else in whole BULGARIA. Overall, it's really good value of the money.

It's not that i didn't like it, but i wouldn't recommend it for people who have trouble walking, because of the stairs. But if you have such troubles make sure to point that in order to get a room on the ground floor.

Well there was some confusion about streaming services like Netflix. They don’t currently have it available but they were very kind and offered me a few free dinners as a gift. It was a big issue for me traveling with a leg injury, I knew I would need to just sit an relax and watch Netflix but , I couldn’t. So I watched it on my cell. I believe it is a honest mistake but be prepared to not have it.

Cosy set up in great location

A really comfortable hotel in an excellent location, with good facilities

The location was excellent, on the main pedestrian walkway to all the sites. The staff were very helpful and keen to please and staying in an old building in a key location was just right. A breakfast bar was immediately next door, as breakfast was not served at the hotel

I struggled a bit on the second staircase, but that is due to my age of 76. For a youngster, no problems

A great choice for a stay in Plovdiv!

The rooms and the hotel common spaces are very tastefully decorated and renovated. Very comfortable and cosy, the attentiveness and frinedliness of the guest house staff makes you feel at home. The location is great as it is a short walking distance from the center and is right on a lovely square with a small park.

Great value boutique hotel in the heart of Plovdiv

Lovely, comfortable, and spotlessly clean room right in the heart of Plovdiv. 10mins walk to town centre or Old Town, and just behind (next to the monument) there are bus stops/taxis. The archaeological museum is also right next to it and worth a visit. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is also a restaurant adjoining the hotel that is very nice.

Just FYI the staircase to the rooms is narrow/steep in case you have mobility difficulties or large bags.

Great stay in the center of Plovdiv

The staff were great and the restaurant in front (10% discount) was also really good. The decor of the hotel and room were also very nice, interesting and welcoming. Also helpful in organizing parking and arrival.

Everything was great. Only the stairs to the top floor where we were could be slightly difficult to navigate for some people.

Perfect!

Location is perfect - on a walking distance to all main places in downtown Plovdiv. Hosts are super friendly! They provided all the assistance for our additional booking and information that we needed! Apartments are clean, cozy, decorated creatively and the beds are comfortable. The bonus that we definitely appreciated was the restaurant Patriki - everything we ordered was delicious! Would definitely come back there.

A great location to see Plovdiv!

The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Everything was very clean and comfortable. I especially like the location, as it was close to the Old Town and main pedestrian walkway without being in the heart of the noise. The paid parking was just around the corner, which was very convenient.

Tiny room with low ceilings.

My room was very different to the pictures. Extremely small with a slanted ceiling I could not stand up straight under on one side of the room (I'm only an average size man). Other than that, bed was comfortable and everything worked just fine, but felt mislead by the photographs displayed when booking the room.

location was excellent..i met the owner jeff who very kindly showed me a place to park for free, i just got lucky, i guess! the restaurant looks lovely, so does the lounge! i was upgraded to a very nice room, double lucky that night!! jeff is a young entrepreneur...the boutique hotel is very classy, he has taken the effort to provide all amenities and of good quality, too....hope to be back some day:))

Great location. Across from a park, above a restaurant and a convenience store, and near a great bakery. There’s only six rooms. Mini fridge was great for a grocery store run. Comfy and clean. Staff was very kind.

Cozy and welcoming

Great location, very comfy, nice people. Everyone always greeted me kindly and made sure I had everything I needed and the place overall was very clean and welcoming. It's a bit of a climb up the stairs to some rooms but not too bad and it's a great place to stay in Plovdiv. I would love to come back!

The room got a bit hot because of lack of ventilation, the window is very small and there's no real view from the room. But it wasn't a real issue for me plus there's air conditioning to regulate the temperature.

Excellent value for money

The building looks old on the outside but don't get scared, it's renovated and inside everything is new. The room was clean with a private bathroom, towels, coffee, tea bags, a kettle, a small fridge and TV. There were curtains and a small balcony with a mosquito net. There was also an hairdryer and sockets near the bed to charge the phone. Only stayed one night because I had to leave, but felt confortable enough that I could have stayed more. Staff was friendly. I stayed in the double bedroom as a solo traveller but if you are two then the value per person is really cheap. Location was good, if you walk down the pedestrian street you're quickly at the old town.

Not really something bad more like improvement suggestions. The stairs to go up the room are a challenge. Definetely if you have mobility problems contact the accomodation to figure out if there's something else in lower floors. They seemed to be doing some renovation so I wonder if they will work on the stairs. It would also be a good idea to isolate the shower from the rest of the bathroom for example put a glass slider window because long term the water may damage the bathroom forniture. Also maybe one more roll of toilet paper would be nice, for me it was enough but if its two persons might not be.

Very charming, cute and central hotel - lovely staff too!

"Yes for you" definitely has its own atmosphere and style and it is a very cute, cozy and wholesome one. The rooms are small, but that makes sense as you can tell the building was repurposed into hotel rooms and to be fair they have done a really good job in making the rooms cozy and fully equipped for rooms of that size. Our room had a charming small balcony looking out to the city. What really stood out was the staff - they were excellent, very welcoming and helpful.

While we did not mind it and it was part of the charm of the place, it should be noted that the building does not have an elevator and the stairs to the top floor are a bit narrow and windy and can be a bit tricky with luggage, though once again the staff help you out with that too!

Hard to find way in, as door was closed, no bell and no way to know if you’re in the right place. I was lucky that someone came out as I was trying to figure it out. Also, watch out for headaches. I’m not very tall, but the slanted attic ceiling was definitely low over half the room. People who struggle with stairs should avoid.

Fabulous place to stay and explore Plovdiv from.

We liked the size and the style of the apartment. It was very clean and beautifully done. The bed was really really comfortable. The guy who runs the place is really kind and friendly. Genuinely amazing service. I am so happy I stayed here and will highly recommend it and shall be staying here again myself. Thank you so much

I had two rooms. The small room was OK for me even if short people have no reason to live. Now I do. The second room faced the park on a weekend. I learned to avoid that and views of all night party people. Only if I want to sleep! Do not get me wrong, the place was great only at 70 years I was concerned about the steep steps.

Very nice and pleasant guest house in Plovdiv. I liked the design of the house - it has a vibe of a really old building, but everything is pretty new and well built. Room is indeed small and has a bathroom where you can watch tv sitting on a toilet, but it’s more than enough for solo travellers looking just for a place to sleep and rest a bit after intense day :)

I’m not sure how it is with rooms for more than a one person, but if you are travelling as couple or family then consider if in such rooms they also have bathroom with glass walls. ;)
