A Perfect Central Gem with Wonderful Hosts!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this apartment in Plovdiv! The entire experience, from start to finish, was seamless and enjoyable. Firstly, the location is unbeatable—truly central, making it incredibly easy to walk to all the main historical sites, restaurants, and shops. The room itself was an absolute delight. It was spotlessly clean, wonderfully bright, and extremely comfortable. What really set this place apart was the attention to detail: the space is beautifully well designed, featuring unique art and thoughtful nice touches throughout. It felt stylish yet perfectly cozy. Finally, a massive thank you to the host. They were exceptionally friendly and proactively communicative, ensuring we had everything we needed. They made us feel instantly welcome. We highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Plovdiv!

The only extremely minor observation was that a few small, easily fixed upkeeps were needed, such as a broken curtain hook or a light bulb replacement.

Cozy place, in a nice area.

The apartment is cozy and nice to get back to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The location is also great, and it is a very quiet area. Everything you need is around - old town, restaurants, cafees and the main walking street.

There was no hairdryer and there was no response from the host when I asked for it.

Great stay at Kapana Guest House

We had a great stay at Kapana Guest House in the center of Plovdiv. The self check-in via WhatsApp was perfectly organized (even though we arrived a lot later than expected). A big thank you to Rosi for her helpful communication (and our questions) throughout. Our apartment impressed us with its spacious layout and unbeatable location right in the heart of the Kapana district. It’s perfect for discovering everything by foot. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras like coffee taps and tea in the apartment, as well as the cute shared kitchen just outside the rooms, featuring a coffee machine (and other kitchen appliances). Parking was available and the instructions provided via WhatsApp were clear and detailed. The car park is a little tucked away, but only about a 6-minute walk from the guest house and reachable with the directions provided. All in all, a welcoming place in one of Plovdiv’s most vibrant neighborhoods !

Clean and cozy room in the city centre

The room was clean and comfortable, everything matched the description. The air conditioning worked well. The location was excellent, within walking distance of all amenities. Check-in was easy and quick.

During the day, starting early in the morning, there was noise from renovation work downstairs, and due to the renovation, there was a “curtain” outside in front of the window that obstructed the view. However, this is probably something the accommodation itself cannot influence☺️

Great place to stay in Plovdiv. The studio was new, clean and very cozy. The host was very polite and kind. Location is very convenient right next to Kapana and pedestrian street.

A great place to stay for a weekend getaway!

We really enjoyed the location of the guest house — on the main street, close to Kapana and the Old Town, near restaurants, bars and cafés. Everything seemed to be new or well-kept inside, it was furnished in a very aesthetic way and we really liked our room. There was a kitchen which we didn't use but I imagine could be useful. The check-in experience was seamless and our communication with the host was excellent.

Tiny details, but the bed sheets were weird and felt uncomfortable when in contact with rougher skin; the bathroom was nice and new, but there were already traces of limescale in the shower. Nevertheless, would still recommend staying there!

Everything is fine, just keep in mind you should leave main baggage in the car, the place is 5 min walking from the free parking and it is on 3td floor (which is not the problem at all if you don't have heavy suitcases)

Good lokation

The guest house has a good location at the beginning of the central street. There is a shared small kitchen with a microwave and a capsule coffee machine, but there is no tea in the kitchen or in the room. The apartments are clean, nice shower, good layout of the room.

Synthetic bed sheets, towels smell strongly of chlorine - this is not difficult to fix and will be perfect

Disappointment

the location is very near to the Kapana district in the begging of the pedestrian street. Quiet and very clean place. Wireless check in and check out. Very good communication with the hosts.

Well this will be a bit long: 1. The nearest place where you can park is 500 meters from the place and if you are with a lot of baggage it can be quite an exhausting experience. It should be very well written in presentation of this place! 3. It is on a THIRD floor and not a standard one, but rather very tall ceilings. For a standard flooring it is fourth floor and there is NO ELEVATORE, with a lot luggage in 40 degrees heat it is a nightmare. AGAIN it should be in the presentation of the place. 4. The room is pointed out to be 32 square meters and in reality is less then 16 square meters. The room is very small and the bathroom is even smaller. If you are a tall person or overweight person it will be a nightmare to use it. In few words very nice HOSTEL, but Price / Quality is not OK. For me the price, for this place should not be more than 30 euro per night. If I had known all the above I was never going to make a booking at this place.

Awesome place!

Very, very clean place! Modest and comfortable. The location is also awesome! On the Main Street, right next to Kapana neighborhood with all the good restaurants in Plovdiv. The host is very helpful. He was available to give us instructions in the middle of the night. Easy check in.

Perfect for outside of school season/days

The place is actually brand new, everything is very well designed and the location is super central. Instant response time from the owners, super friendly and helpful. Overall, very well organized place.

The parking is a few blocks away from the building, which is understandable given the central location of the place. There's no elevator in the building, I can imagine people with kids having some issue here. Big surprise for us was that the place is right above a school, so you can imagine how shocked we were to have all the school noises at 7am. If you're visiting outside of school season or just for the weekends, you're at the right spot, otherwise do not recommend for light sleepers (no noise from the main street tho, so that' nice)

Great and I would come back for sure.

The property is brand new, very well furnished and decorated. The location could not have been better - right in the city heart in the Kapana district, without being in the noisiest part of the centre.

There is a steep stair case (no elevator), so if you have a large suits case or a pram, it may be a challenge to get to the 3rd floor. If you have a car, just bare in mind, the location is in the blue parking zone of the city, so you have to pay hourly. There is also a large private parking very near by, you could also use.

Asansör yoktu(açıklamalarda var mıydı hatırlamıyorum belki burayı tutmazdık, eşimin dizleri hasarlı) Mutfak paylaşımlıydı ancak kaldığımız yerde 5 stüdyoya yetecek mutfak eşyası /ekipmanı yoktu. Odada ufak 2 kişilik masa ve sandalye olmasını tercih ederdik.
