The location is unbeatable.

I booked the room last minute, the day before the stay. When I arrived I was ushered through an under-construction foyer, crammed with all sorts of odd stuff in boxes. There was a full garbage shovel right next to my room's door that stayed there the whole time. I had to explicitly ask to be given toilet paper, as there was none. The bathroom mirror was so poorly wiped that I couldn't see myself in it. The cherry on top was when I found a pair of some previous occupant's socks under the bed. There are far better options for this price point.

The location is great. The bed was comfortable.The host Nidal is a great person. Will book again to have some shisha session with the host, because we did not have chance

Great location for cafe-culture life and The Old Town

Location central to cafe-culture and 2 minute walk to the main pedestrianised shopping street and food outlets. The Old Town is very close by, including the Ampitheatre.

Have stayed here before and been pleased. This was a different room which was not quite as clean or well-kept. There was a lip balm under the sofa left by a previous occupant, the bathroom door did not close, the decor and fittings looked tired and in need of a little TLC. Outside on the pavement people sat and chatted/drank until into the small hours; lovely if you are doing it, but not so great if you are wanting to sleep.

Superb host and a fabulous location.

Our host, Nidal, was so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble! The room had a balcony looking out over the pedestrian area and was a pleasant place to sit and enjoy a drink. The WIFI was good and we had a mini fridge in our room. The hotel is in the heart of the Kapana district which is full of independent cafes, bars and shops. Just wonderful!

The bed was a little soft for us.

Pleased in Plovdid

Location is near the heart of the old city with many eating options close by. Easy to walk to the Roman stadium, the Roman theater, the house museums and the river. The host was very helpful and easy to reach. I highly recomment this hotel if you want small and friendly.

we didn't get the room that we had been promised because a small group booked in after us and they wanted our room so they could all be together ... we were put into an apartment away from the hotel in order to accomodate a group that had booked after us..............

Great place to stay in a fun neighborhood for a good price.

Great location with lots of restaurants right outside. Good size room and comfortable. Easy check-in and they let us store our bags for a while after check out.

The bathroom could be remodeled at some point. Also the towels are scratchy and thin.

We stayed on the top floor in the room with the balcony. We would absolutely recommend this room to everybody visiting Plovdiv. :) Also the owners are very nice.

Great top location, very nice apartment, gorgeous terrace. Very comfortable for 3 persons.

Bath plums didn't work and the water stayed long after taking a shower. The fridge and the microwave seemed not to work. There is no actual parking. It is the city blue zone that can be used.

Good comfortable room in the city center, windows are facing street with bars but it is not an issue because windows can be closed and room has air conditioner.

There was some misunderstanding regarding parking. Host told us parking is included and he paid the parking and we can just leave car on the place he pointed. But next morning parking controller came to the car and asked us to pay for parking. I am not sure whom to blame but something was definitely wrong with this.
