Great location, rooms for entire family, pleasant staff

WC and Bathrooms are common for 3-4 rooms

It’s basically like living in a museum - super nice :)

The building has history and you can feel it. The location is exactly where you want to be in town.

I stayed in one room one night and the next day they asked me to move, but I had already left for the day for a tour and I had to take a taxi to come back. The bathroom facilities were not clean. We’re very rundown and we’re not enough for the amount of people that stayed there.. also walking down two flights of stairs and trip hazards everywhere in the middle of the night to go to the toilet was not ideal. Lastly, on my second night, I discovered my bed had bedbugs, and I was disappointed at the reaction of the staff. They alluded to the fact that it was my problem even I stayed in a different room in a different bed the night before and I had no problems but the second night I woke up covered and bites, and I even caught one of the bugs. And then I found out the other people in my room, had to change rooms as well during their booking. Also, one employee told me that I had a certain bed and another employee told another guest that it was the same bed and since there’s no staff at night we had to work it out are selves leaving for some tension in the room. If I book a bed for multiple nights, I don’t expect to change rooms/ beds each day or argue with another guest which bed is mine.
