We really enjoyed our stay there.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The breakfast was good. The room was comfortable. The staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous. Travelling by car has never been so convenient. The hotel has a garage, available upon reservation, which allows you to park your vehicle in total safety. This service allows you to enjoy your stay without worries, knowing that your car is safe and secure just a few steps away.

Although the breakfast at hotel comprises variety of food the eggs were cold. We do not like cold eggs.

Great location, but disappointing stay

Two good things: Excellent location in the heart of the old town, and secure parking in a garage.

Although the listing says the room has air conditioning, it was not working – it barely blew any air and had a bad, moldy smell. It was difficult to breathe in the room, and the entire “hotel” was hot. I informed the owner, but he just waved it off. The listing also claims the hotel has Wi-Fi, which is untrue. You only get Wi-Fi if you are close to the reception; otherwise, there is none. The toilet cistern in the room was broken and leaking water. Breakfast was meagre – a small piece of bread, one egg, a bit of cheese and cold cuts, and a little fruit. I left the accommodation two days earlier than planned, yet the owner still demanded payment for all four nights I had booked. When I complained, he simply stayed silent. The “hotel” was eerily quiet, with no music in public areas, leaving an overall terrible impression.

The noise made sleeping extremely uncomfortable. There were no power outlets available for charging your phone or connecting a laptop.

It is warm,cosy and extremely clean hotel. The location is in old town and it has a parking area but you should reserve it in advance . The breakfast is good.

Very good

The garden is quiet, good people are hosting, they are calm and at the same time sharp. People are trying to keep noise down and the view is good too. Prices are decent. Good breakfast has been served as promised. Would recommend the hotel for family stay, if you want rooms with a terrace better call and point that out.

South west rooms are hit by sunlight at 6.00 am in early spring till late autumn. With a cat looking for partner at the same time and the absence of sunblind once would not be able to sleep till later hours except if not blind and deaf himself. I'd recommend good sunblinds for those rooms.

A gem of a hotel. Small, family run quirky hotel in a fantastic location in the old town. Owner lovely & very helpful despite our very limited Bulgarian. Nice size room & good size bathroom with hot shower. Our friends came by car & the secure parking was a real bonus. So near to everything - museums/ Roman ruins / bars & restaurants

As the hotel is in a historic building in the old town there are lots of steps & stairs & no lift. It wasn’t a problem for us but just so you are aware.

Superb

Gracious and typical building in the heart of the Old Town, really comfortable if you’re coming by car like us because they have a private parking lot. The host was really kind to us even if he didn’t speak English. He was able to speak French and German though. Breakfast was included in our formula and it was provided to us personally from the host because we were the only people in the structure. The room was fine and really well-heated.

Ok for a night.

The location is good, in the heart of the old town. The room has a minibar.

The bathroom had a urine smell. The heating of the room is not sufficient. The streets are not a good fit(too narrow) for your car if you are coming there by car. Don't forget to book in advance a space for parking in the hotel.

Perfect place to relax in Old Town of Plovdiv! Love it!

Property it is situated in Old Town of Plovdiv, in an asymmetrical house not far from Nebet Tepe. Owners are very nice people! A comfortable, clean hotel with rooms with balconies, a terrace with many flowers and an indoor garage. I highly recommend this hotel!

A stop on the way from Turkey in the middle of unusual streets.

We used the room to sleep on the way from Turkey. For this purpose ok. Tasty breakfast. Parking in the garage. Arrival a little more difficult over the barrier and along the stone path. Drive carefully. Excellent location in the middle of the historic center. A beautiful evening walk through the old streets and the lively art center of the city. Next time I would stay here for more days.

Less powerful wifi. We were missing a lamp and a bedside table by one of the beds.
