Very Good place if you what to stay quite and confortable

Super quite and clean. nice and confortable bed. Staff professional but also frendly which is always god when you travel as a foreigner. The hotel is located in the ancient Town so you can easily walk around.

Nothing very important but a tip: the hotel is located in the ancient town so better to ask the staff to help you calling a taxi so to make sure the driver understand properly how to reach the place. The staff will be helpful for sure!

Amazing place, in the center of town

The hotel situated in the heart of the old city in an amazing building. Rooms are very comfortable and clean.

We loved everything but you should know that there is no elevator in the building because it is an old and it is not allowed. The staff is very helpful and helps with the luggage . Also take in consideration that the old city is uphill

Beautiful place with art from Bulgarian artists. Very good concept. The reception staff were very helpful and attentive during our entire stay. The facilities were super clean and cozy. Good constant temperature room. Would have stayed more nights probably.

The only suggestion is better labeling for the entrance but otherwise it’s a perfect property!

Perfect hotel

Location is perfect, very quiet in the center of the old city including a free parking. The room was perfect and very comfortable. For breakfast we had "a-la-carte", which means no buffet, but it was very good (eggs, cheese, bread, vegetables) and also we could order as much as we wanted. The reception clerks were exceptionally kind!!! They helped us with the luggage, with calls in Bulgarian to the rental company when we had problems, they also made us sandwiches to go when we had to leave early in the morning to the airport. We are definitely going to come back there when are in Plovdiv again. If I could, I would rate this hotel as 11.

A charming boutique hotel in the heart of Plovdiv old town

Hotel is small but charming with spacious and comfortable rooms. It's located in the heart of Plovdiv old town. The historical Theatre of Philipopolis is just 100 m from the hotel. Shopping, dinning areas and historical sight are all within walking distance. Breakfast is excellent and prepared with heart. Staff is all very friendly and helpful, particularly Alexander. He helped me to communicate with another hotel in order to cancel a booking, book a guided tour at Rila Monastery, work with the car repairing shop to arrange a replacement for a flat tyre. I really appreciate his help.

Parking is not close to the hotel. It's a street parking nearby but it's understandable considering it's in a prime location. cars have to go through a gate in order to reach the hotel and the shortest route is a one-way road. It will be easier for the guests if a clear driving instruction is given to the hotel guests.

Very clean hotel really close to all turistic attractions

We really enjoyed that the bed was really comfortable and the air conditioning could be easily adjusted to your preferred temperature. The hotel is also very clean and the amenities kit available was really good.

The room is not perfectly acoustically insulated. The two bathrobes were both really small. Breakfast could be improved with more options or at least some flexibility. In a 5* hotel, it is not acceptable that it is not possible to remove the ham from a bruschetta (asking one day in advance)

Amazing spot!

Wonderful property! The rooms were beautiful and so clean! The staff was AMAZING! So kind, attentive and went above and beyond. They showed us to the parking lot, gave us so many wonderful recommendations, and made us feel very at home. We let them know we had to leave at 7am and they had the most AMAZING breakfast awaiting us at 6:45am! Truly above and beyond with their customer service. 10/10

Lack of water just one bottle on arrival nothing second day. Temperature outside was 36c. For 5 star you would normally expect complimentary. The coffee pods you had to pay for but 3 in 1 sachets were free but limited. TV remote as others state is very temperamental wanted to throw it out the window but not gone there for TV just nice to have. Balcony smaller than expected but ok for 2 to sit out on. These were both our views on the feedback.

Beautifully decorated rooms, very clean, and located in the heart of the Old Town. The staff were kind and helpful, someone even came out to greet me when I had trouble finding the entrance.

The hotel doesn’t offer all the amenities typically expected from a 5-star property. There’s no valet parking, and reaching the entrance involves a short uphill walk over cobblestones, which could be challenging for guests with mobility issues. Soundproofing could also be better, I could hear conversations from reception inside my room.

BEST POSITION IN TOWN AND QUITE

Staff extremely gentle and professional. Position of hotel extremely quite and silent (very important for me) and 5 minutes walk from lots of pubs and discobars and restaurants.

Great location, convenient and walkable to main tourist attractions. The hotel is also in good condition with friendly staff and a great breakfast. We liked it so much, we booked another stay.

A little gem!

Beautiful surroundings, clean, comfortable rooms with everything to make your stay extra special. A great shower! In a quiet part of the old town so no disturbance from street noise. One minute from the Roman amphitheatre. Restaurants within walking distance. Helpful, friendly, staff. Fabulous breakfast and lots of it!

We prefer to be able to get our own tea/coffee with breakfast instead of having to ask, although the staff are extremely efficient and attentive.

Boutique hotel in a great location

It’s a nice small boutique hotel very close to the Roman amphitheater. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and it wasn’t noisy at night. The staff were really helpful, and made a restaurant booking for us. There’s also a nice courtyard where you can have a drink, read a book etc.

Best Option for a Plodiv Boutique Hotel

Superb location, fabulous gourmet breakfast option, classical building with an elegant timeless decor. It's a gem in Bulgaria's crown. Vasil, the concierge, was a true gentleman and offered to help with anything we needed. He's a real asset to the establishment.

It’s a beautiful and well-located boutique space with great service.

Service and breakfast were wonderful. There was an option for a chef-prepared brunch. Best hotel breakfast we’ve seen in a long while. Staff was professional, welcoming and polite. Bed was large and comfortable. Very well situated hotel in the quaint old part of town.

I think the price point can be adjusted down by 20% due to the size of the room and hotel and the lack of amenities (understandable by the history of the building - it simply cannot be bigger). Still, rooms are quite small, no bathtub or balcony and there is just a tiny restaurant with nothing else to do at the actual hotel. That is why I don’t think the price is entirely justified compared to similarly priced stays.
