Great place with non-critical inconveniences.

Place is great, the house is marvellous, with the small cozy garden. Quiet, comfortable, in the heart of the ancient Plovdiv. The host provides a lot of helpful info in English. Nice furniture.

1. No microwave 2. Piano needs to be tuned 3. Both showers need a curtain,otherwise too much water remains on the floor and does not go away through the drain holes. 4. The bed is very comfortable to sleep, but is a bit lower than usual - it was not very simple to stay up from it. 5. To open the door from the street, you need to push it quite strongly.

A lovely stay; we would come again.

Lovely house in good, picturesque location. End panel of cot was missing and one of the beds was broken but this was fixed for us. The house was well equipped.

Great house, wonderful location in old town

Great location! Beds were extremely comfortable. Kitchen was great and we made a wonderful stew! We love the outer courtyard and the roommines of the living space. The shower moved very well plenty of hot water available. Heating system was also very good. We really enjoyed being in the old town. The parking space was 20 m. away or so, but who cares? We felt very lucky to have the parking nearby! The space felt very secure.

Ran out of toilet paper. Not sure why such a nice place wouldn't have some backup toilet paper -- especially for 4 people... We had some trouble finding a store nearby that offered toilet paper, so we bought Tempo packs instead! Host is not nearby and there's no lockbox, so you may have to wait 15-25 minutes, depending on how well your logistics match up. 😂 Great house. Well worth any trouble!!

Exceptional

The quality was very high, we had all we needed for breakfast and there were lots of local places to eat. A 5 minute walk to a fresh market place for fruits and veggies was nice, and across the street they had local breads.

Ancient charm!!

We loved everything from the location, the house, the amenities and the hospitality. Right in the middle of old Plovdid, perfectly situated for visiting all the highlights. Emil was a great host and provided wonderful recommendations about restaurants and they were all great. I strongly recommend that you stay here if in Plovdid. Thanks for a fantastic stay at a great price!!!

Traumhafte Lage mitten in der Altstadt, Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Streifzüge durch Plovdiv. Schön war es unter den Rosen auf der Terrasse den Abend zu verbringen. Die Einfahrt in die Altstadt wird mit freundlichen Wächtern und Schranken geregelt und war unkompliziert. Es ist ein sehr ruhiger Stadtteil, Restaurants sind alle mind. 5 Gehminuten entfernt, aber jeder Weg dorthin geht über wundervolle Gassen.

Хорошее, уютное жилье. Мы были 19-22 января 2025 г. В этом месте было очень тихо. Никаких соседей слышно не было. На завтраки и ужины заказывали доставку в приложении Глово, что очень упростило жизнь в этом месте. Пианино действительно есть и это очень радовало нашего ребенка😃

Так и не смогли использовать кофеварку. В остальном все было хорошо.

Къщата е великолепна! Има всичко необходимо, за да се почувствате у дома …плюс прекрасно пиано, в което дъщеря ми се влюби 🙂 Пространстовото е оползотворено с вкус и внимание към детайла. Има автентичния дух на къща в сърцето на стар град. Малко дворче с интересно разпределение и много растения. Уютни и достатъчно просторни спални. Широка дневна съчетана с кухня и трапезария. Стопаните са много мили и услужливи. Благодарим Ви още веднъж за гостоприемството! Препоръчвам с две ръце! ☺️
