Beautiful old house made bad by heavy traffic and “renovations”

Nice old house with beautiful trees in the garden. The garden was the best part.

Almost all “improvements” were for the worst, nice old house made bad by very low quality renovation. Very noisy location and no air conditioning so we had to keep the windows open despite the terrible noise from the heavy traffic just below the window

Great location, poor cleanliness

The bed is comfortable, the location is great, you can check in by yourself, and there is a free parking space.

The room was not clean (except for the sheets and towels); the shared bathrooms were dirty and miserable. The house is on the boulevard, so it is always noisy. It smells like cigarettes in the house, and the smell in the room was not good, too. The door of the room is not enough safer, so do not leave valuable things like laptops, money, and more.

Low quality, low price, good location

Perfect location, 5 minute walk to Kapana

The condition of the building, rooms, bathroom, and toilet requires major renovation. The towels in the bathroom were stained with blood. It was extremely noisy because the building is located on a main boulevard, and there was terrible traffic from cars and motorcycles all night—I barely slept. If you’re carrying valuables, take them with you when you go out, as the doors are not secure. The furnishings, cleanliness, and amenities are quite mediocre. If you have no expectations and simply need a cheap place to sleep for a night or two, it can serve that purpose. The bathroom and toilet are shared on the floor with 4–5 other rooms.

The host is very attentive, friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and the bedroom comfortable.

The whole bathroom gets really wet when using the shower and it’s up to you to dry it for the next person. You can’t rely on all guests to do it.

Extremely dirty place that smells like cigarettes. Even there was no toilet paper in the WC. Dirty towels were provided. Paid cash with no receipt, no IDs were asked for.

I don’t recommend

We did last minute booking and it was not a problem to check in late so this place saved us. Also staff is helpful and nice.

It’s dirty, old and ugly. I’m sorry to use such strong words but it is a place where even only sleeping for a few hours is very unpleasant. The whole building is old and shaky and dirty. Carpets everywhere looked like from 50 years ago, it’s close to the main street so also very noisy. Bathroom is not so dirty maybe but very small without a soap even and some other guests are smoking there so staying in a bathroom without a window and full of fumes is disgusting. I didn’t feel safe there and it was one of the worst places i have ever stayed in. It’s partially my fault because I booked late and I was looking for something cheap but i want to warn other travelers.

Satisfied!

The location is perfect! The bathroom is good . In the kitchen there is all nesesery. There is products for cleaning, wich is good as well...! Nice garden.....just need from more flowers:) Fast Internet! Kind and helpful staff! The bed was large and comfy.

Just need from one small repair- changing doors inside and simple refresh on the interior. Is noise more of the time, but due the location, it is normal.
