Spacious with good amenities. Jana was very friendly, responsive and helpful. Perfect location for a day or two in Plovdiv
Aircon had a bit of dust and we were on top floor so there are quite a few steps

The location - close to everything, big comfortable bed, the room was big, staff was helpful, parking (paid) was avaiable
The shower didn’t drain properly so it flooded the whole bathroom. The room is on the 4th (or European 3rd) floor so be prepared to take a lot of stairs

Very basically furnished, hostel style. They had forgotten to leave any towels and one towel had rusty spots.
