Wonderful and memorable!

The property is perfectly situated on a walking distance from most major spots. The hosts were exceptional, helpful and very attentive. We were pleasantly surprised from the guest house. We would highly recommend this guest house and would love to stay there again whenever we visit.

A pleasent stay.

The property's location is great, right at the cenre. The staff was very kind and welcoming. When it comes to the property it self, our room was at the last floor, quite spacious and it has all the necessary staff you need for your stay.

The only thing anyone booking this property should be aware is that it doesn't have a lift, but the staff offers it help.

Perfect location and friendly staff!

Located in the heart of the city where it’s very convenient to walk to either old town or shopping street. There’s also parking place but the key needed to be dropped for arrangement due to limited space. The room is spacious with nice large windows. The staff is exceptional and willing to help and recommend about tourist attractions.

As it’s old bank, there’s no elevator but we can manage our large luggages.

Very cozy, clean, warm. The owners/ staff were amazing people, so welcoming and open hearted. The location just couldn’t be more perfect.

The building is renovated but still old so there’s no elevator but 3 floors with lots of stairs

The lady at reception was a true delight! She was very cheerful and extremely helpful. Well above and beyond - even helped with refrigerating medication. Location was perfect. Room very clean. Comfortable bed and very quiet. Highly recommend.

Skylar Guesthouse was great!

The location was fabulous! We parked our car in the private space and walked everywhere. The staff and owners are very friendly, and we had some great chats. The rooms are basic, but comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. There are common areas for chatting or eating if you don't wish to do so in your room. There are also tons of shops and restaurants within a ten minute walk, so eating in is not necessary.

Wasn't an issue for us, but if you are sensitive to noise, you can hear others coming in and out of the residence.

The place is situated in the center of the city, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. You have there everything you need. The reception girl Jana is wonderful. She is so friendly and gave us great recommendations about the city. You could ask her for anything and she would definitely help you.

Value for money! I would totally recommend!

Perfect location!! The main road shopping street is right across. The staff were very friendly and helpful! The building is an old classical building so it has lots of character!

Because it s and old building they cant do a lot of renovations. That been said i think that some attention to detail will go a long way. For example the doors dont close properly. Also the don t have an elevator. So keep that in mind.

Groovy former bank building converted to apartments. Staff was very helpful. Location was just a block from the party streets and historic center.

Parking was a little goofy in that the staff had to move the cars around to make it work. They were very helpful with this, however and the dense neighborhood made this unsurprising.

Excelent base for exploring old town and kapana neighbourhood.

Excellent place to stay for few days in Plovdiv. Kapana is a nice neighborhood and very close to the old town. the hotel is in its calm area, allowing for a good night sleep. the bonus is that you can have a parking for your car for 15 BGN extra- so you dont worry to search for paid parking nearby. However, please let the hotel know at the time of the booking that you need parking, so they can plan the ammount of cars, i believe 4-5 cars is the maximum they can get. The staff is very polite and helpful. Overall great experience and will not hesitate next time to stop at the same place and same room :) Thank you very much, Skyler team!

Convenient and Comfortable Stay

Skyler is so conveniently located right in the middle of Plovdiv city centre. The guesthouse was previously where a bank was stationed and there are heritage remains from this 130 years old building. A lot of effort has been put into the decoration of the reception area and the rooms. The owner was very helpful and gave us a brief overview of Plovdiv. For the location, room size, cleanliness and price, I will definitely recommend this guesthouse to anyone who is visiting Plovdiv.

No fix place for parking but the owner helped managed that with a fee.

The room was very nice, there is a nice terrace to hang out. Perfect wifi in each floor of the building. The people working there and the owner are very nice and available for helping. The parking service was great as well.

The bathroom needs some refurbishment work, using the shower would flood the bathroom...and there was a bad smell as well coming from the pipes :(

Fabulous location, quiet street but right next to the restaurant, nicest shops and Roman theatre and arena etc. High ceilings, ambiance of hotel. Good beds, kitchen, airco etc. Good price.

4th floor, no elevator, but: owner carried suitcase up. No available street parking but owner offered his own car's parking for free, so those two "issues" were resolved with great service.
