Easy to check in using the self check in machine AC works perfectly

The bathroom had stronge smell of mold and black mold can bee seen in the corners. Lots of noise from the street so bring some ear plugs. Bed was okey not best.

Stay at Racic - pay for the pool even though you are staying :)

It was quiet. The bed was wonderful and very comfy. That's about it. Everything else is written below:)

The staff did not care at all. We arrived and waited for the staff to notice us. We thought that they were clients of the restaurant, thus why we did not bother them. We paid 138lv for two nights. Supposedly, we thought the pool was free to use. But it was not. We had to pay additional 10bucks per person to use the pool, no towels or slippers provided for that price, which is ridiculous. We reserved a smoking room only to realise that the whole hotel does not have a single balcony - we had to go all the way down to smoke or catch a breath... Overall would not stay there again - being at the restaurant and wanting to order, but you cannot because the staff is at their own table having fun, eating and not caring that anyone wants to order..

It was a good spot to sleep on the way to Turkey. Really friendly staff and great restaurant recommendation. We had a good rest there. Rooms are very fine also bathroom. Thank you.

La piscina

La piscina está muy bien pero cobran 5€ a los huéspedes por usarla!!!!! y ni siquiera te dan una toalla. No hay desayuno, te ofrecen la carta de comidas y es un hotel que está en una carretera en la que no hay ninguna cafetería ni nada similar. Estuve 3 noches y no nos limpiaron la habitación,

За поредна година отсядам в хотела заради Hills of rock и догодина отново ще се върна. Стаите са чисти и тихи, би могло да се поосвежат някои детайли, но като цяло е супер. Има възможност за ползване на басейна, ресторантът на хотела е супер и отново препоръчвам с две ръце млякото с нес! Хареса ми, че има възможност за самостоятелно чекиране, ако се пристига късно, но благодарности за човека на рецепция, който ни изчака, докато пристигнем. Удължихме престоя си тази година, като останахме в работни дни - идеално е тогава за басейна, защото е спокойно.

Hay piscina y te avisan al llegar que se tiene que pagar por usarla, teniendo el horario bastante reducido. Por lo que no cumplió nuestras expectativas. La cama estaba rota por un lado y hay que tener en cuenta que en el pueblo no hay apenas ningún servicio. Mejor parar en Plovdiv.
