Outdated rooms

The only thing I liked about my experience was the location and the fact that the air con was new and working.

When placing my reservation, I stumbled across some reviews that some rooms are outdated and not in their best condition however, didn’t think much of this as I expected to get the room shown on the pictures, given the price. I placed my reservation based on the photos provided for the Double premium room. Upon check in, it crossed my mind that my room looks nothing like the photos uploaded on the site. In addition to the outdated room, the state of it was absolutely unacceptable. I believe that the price I paid for the room on Booking and what I got is unfair. Attached, you will see that the room was dirty - there was dust, multiple stains on the wall, chipped wall edges. In addition to the state of the room, as soon as I opened the door it smelt heavily of vinegar (unsure why).

Good value for money (with a few compromises), specially for bigger groups.

The location and the price here make this quite a good offer. It’s close to the city center, and across for boulevard parking is free. We’ll working air conditioning system.

The bathroom needs restoration. The room was also missing a refrigerator.

The price of the room does not match the room

It was very noisy in the room because you could hear every sound from other rooms and hall. The furniture and walls need repair. The bathroom had no hooks to hang towels. The bathroom smelled damp, there was no feeling of cleanliness. The staff was nice and polite.

Location is nice, room is big, beds are comfy and AC was working just fine. For one night we spent there, it was decent.

The water pressure is weird, it would constantly change, and it was impossible to set it to warm water, either extremely hot or freezing cold. Also, no coffee machine.

Very nice room and very clean

No variety in breakfast. The pillows were very uncomfortable, didn’t sleep well at all. I asked for another pillow at the reception but they said they didn’t have.

Wi-Fi. Very poor to almost nothing!!! No chairs at all . Only one very, very small pillow. Regular basic supplys (like toilette paper} - only by request, if you see / meet the lady.

After the hotel stay my whole body started to itch. After the doctor's examination, he said that i had scabies. I will sue the hotel.

Very poor

location and facilities were ok

The room and the whole 5th floor smells absolutely disgusting - somebody was smoking in a room on the 5th floor (most probably the staff) and kept the door open so it went to the whole floor. And no, there are no smokers rooms. There were signs saying „smoking not allowed“. Not to talk that this is not safe!!! I would never stay there again. For a few € more you could stay in a very nice hotel.
