Excellent location but noisy rooms

The hotel is nice, small and cozy. Clean and tidy. The location is awesome, basically in downtown.

The room was smelly, it stank like drain, due ti the fact that the toilet is basically in the room. Also the walls are very thin and you can hear everything that is happening in the corridor. If you want to sleep in - this is not going to happen as you will be awoken by the nose of kids shout8ng, banging doors, cleaners dropping stuff...

A nice stay in the city center.

The hotel is very close to the city centre and right next to a free parking zone (on the other side of the boulevard, there is no green/blue zone).

Consider the fact that the hotel is located in a busy street, so it could be a bit noisy even at night. This was not a problem for us.

Good location in a cosy hotel with steep staircase and slow internet

I liked the interior design of the room. It was compact and modern, the bed was very comfy. Just a warning that the hotel is in a house with no lift and very steep staircase going to the first and second floor, so a person with mobility issue, should be aware of this.

The internet connection was extremely slow at a room on the first floor, I couldn't connect to check my email. Nowadays an Internet connection is more important than a TV in the room.

Very nice hotel, we will visit it again.

The hotel is in the town center, very good location, not very far from train station. Staff was very friendly and we were able to leave our luggage after check-out at the reception. Comfortable beds, good value for money.

Quite strange interior design with the glass doors of the bathroom, not the perfect decision for people with teenage kids. Although not too transparent, it was a bit odd.

Really nice hotel, very comfortable and in a great location - super close to all the main sights. Staff were very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend.

Wifi didn't work :( The front of the hotel/ corridors are a bit odd looking but when you get into the rooms it's really nice

I like location

Family rooms are on the 4th floor without elevator. Usually, familys with kids are travelling with a lot of luggage. And bring all your suitcases to the 4th floor without elevator is a real problem. And the room is small. Clean and cozy but very small.

The place was clean, furniture was comfortable. We had everything we needed in terms of amenities. The staff was very helpful. It's close to the city center.

The room was quite dark. We didn't like the frosted glass bathroom, made it feel like you're on display. There's no parking available. All rooms are non-smoking, although a "smoking room" option was advertised on Booking. Not really a negative, but misleading information!

Good stay for the price

The hotel was clean and modern, staff were polite and helpful and it was convenient for central attractions. Some staff spoke very little English but despite this were still helpful

We had booked a twin room as this trip was with my 20year old son. When we arrived quite late due to flight delays we had been given a room with a double bed. The lady on the front desk was very helpful and showed us a room with bunks. She was very apologetic that it wasn't as nice as our original room. The bunk mattresses weren't terribly comfortable and the ensuite shower drain had an aweful smell. We have experienced this smell before whilst in Varna !

Convenient location

Nicely renovated, fairly close to both the main part of town and the train station.

The mattress of the bottom bunk-style bed is actually on the floor, not raised at all, it was a little difficult to get in and out of. The reception and rooms smell like cigarette smoke because the staff smoke with the front door open.

Really fantastic location - meets all your needs.

Room was quite small with very little space to move around / arrange your things. There was also a kettle in the room, despite no cups or anything else it could have been used for. Walls are also really thin so it's possible to hear conversations in the next room.
