Decent value for the price but great location, convenient to the main walking area and historic sites

Very good location and wonderful shower.

The room was tucked inside and around an office are with a strange smokers lobby that was uncomfortable to pass through during working hours. Room seemed non smoking but you could smell the lobby area somewhat. Bed was too soft for my taste.

Great location and a good price.

I liked that it was at a very convenient location, near the centre and had supermarkets and shops very near the property.

The only downside of my stay was the smell coming from the canal in the bathroom. I kept the door to the bathroom closed and the room itself started smelling much nicer but the bad smell was inside the bathroom. It was a bit uncomfortable and in my opinion bathroom needed a little bit more cleaning.

I would only stay in the rooms on the 2nd floor again.

Very close to the square, with parking (for an extra charge) just below the studios.

Τhe room on the ground floor was without a window and in the evening from the adjacent wall there was an incredibly disturbing sound that did not let us sleep. On the 2nd floor where our children slept things were better.

The staff and the balcony

Something which a lot of hotels and BnB do. The shower is on the top ans cant be lowered down, so for a lady who doesnt want to wash her hair is just imposible.

Perfect stay in Plovdiv

The location is perfect to visit plovdiv, 3 minutes walking to the centre. We could park at the door. The rooms are new and spacious and there are amenities to make the stay more comfortable. The attention was also very nice. Wifi perfect too.

There is light during night from outside. The matress could be better but it's ok. I woldn't sleep on the sofa bed, good as a sofa but not as a bed for me. We were 3 people but booked 2 rooms and it was the best option, the price was good.

The location is good, near the city center. Good price.

The studios are located in a very narrow street with many wholes ... better drive a crossover. The stuff is kind of odd, semi polite... I asked 2 times in the period of 2 weeks what is the parking arrangement... no one answered. I had to call and better speak Bulgarian haha. The free parking is 10min away, we kicked our car while entering the lot because in was kind of offroad. The other one is underground 10BGN or EUR per day (don't remember). The studios are mainly locked on the 2nd floor with no elevatior, there are several sets of stairs while reaching the studios, better have no heavy luggage hahah. The the most annoying one - the doors are extremely noisy, so no possibility to sleep well. The airconditioning was entering discusting smell in the restroom. Overall, I regret not booking at Trimontium across the street, 35 EUR more and I guess better experience.

the staff didn’t tell us how to set up the sofa bed, so my daughter who was supposedly to sleep ton it didn’t know where to get bed sheets and blanket. There is no elevator, so we had to carry our suitcases 2 floors up the stairways. The entire property smelled heavy like tobacco/cigarettes, cigarette buds were everywhere and the smoke entered our room whe we opened door to the terrace. Shower was extremely small, no curtains.

Disgusting, dirty, stinky place! Receprion smells cigarettes, mildew on walls, humidity in room as hell! all my clothes in luggage were wet!!! Dirty bathroom! Better to sleep on the street at least for free. Privat parking at place is located 600m away.

The first thing I noticed was the warm welcome and attitude at the reception. I believe this has become a rarity these days. Made us feel right at home. The second was the location - right next to the city centre area.

There was some cigarette odour coming from the bathroom. It turned out the neighbours next door were smoking inside (even though forbidden). Cannot fault the property owners, however.

The rooms on the first floor don't have windows. The walls between the rooms and the corridor are far from sound proof. There was a late night illumination trough the glass in the upper part of corridor wall from the neighbor room both nights we stayed, which was very unpleasant and disturbing.

Convenient location, 3 mins walk from high street, old town, restaurants, public transport, TAXI etc.

Broken toilet, No towels on arrival, No windows - in some rooms ( very claustrophobic ) , Not enough lighting in hallway/stairs, If downstairs you'd hear loud noises coming from people entering/leaving the building, No drinking water / snack supplied in the room ( make sure you buy your own stuff in advance ), The building is being shared with other businesses - strong smell of cigarettes smoke in the lobby. If you arrive after their working hours you'd have to call and get instructions on how to get hold of the keys for the rooms ( Foreign guests might find it a bit awkward / difficult etc. )
