It was great for a short stay.

Everything was great - the location is in the centre but also in a quiet neighbourhood; it is clean, the room is big and comfortable, there is a terrace where one can have a coffee outside, there is a coffee machine in the kind of patio area where you can buy a coffee 24/7; the staff is friendly and efficient.

Bad , ignoring customers

Very bad He is ignoring phone calls ; I even went there & knock the door & the bell but nobody even answered me

He / she is simply should remove his room from booking.com becz simply he is not answering people

A lovely and comfortable stay in a great location, but the kitchen could use more equipment

The apartment was very nice and cozy, with a perfect location. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the building itself was beautiful. There were shops nearby and an excellent kebab place just around the corner

The kitchen was large and spacious, but the only appliance available was a microwave. It really needs at least a kettle, and ideally also a small stove for cooking

An experience to be remembered

Only and only the location.

One of the rooms smelled really strong of cigar smoke and when we told the staff a man told us in the most ,not to get graphic, but lets say uncivilized type of way "and what do I care" . Then in the same manner he offered to split our group and move us in another hotel, but we thought it is not worth the trouble. Other than that , not clean bathroom, broken toilet seat, TV was not working in any room, AC smelled, nightstand was missing the whole drawer. Overall wouldn't recommend.

Great location in a quiet side street adjacent to post office square. Comfortable bed. Quiet balcony to enjoy your coffee. Helpful staff

Excellent location, friendly and accommodating staff, clean and quiet.

No lift , so if you are on the 4th floor with heavy suitcases, it’s a bit of a struggle, but for light travellers, no problem!

We didn't sleep because of the noise from other rooms

no reception, you have to pay before you enter the room and after that if you need something you will not find anybody untill you leave. Also i didn't know that if you want to sleep at night you have to ask for silent room.No TV channels

clean place, friendly personnel

There was a small confusion at the beginning, because for some reason they lost our reservation number, so we had to wait till they find it and then clean the room. plus it is written 500 m till ancient theatre and that's a bit 'not true. (more than that) and it was critical for us room is really small

Very good place with free parking in the streets next to hotel. Comfortable bed.

Internet connection was very poor. Lady in reception seemed to be very rude.

acceptable hotel for it’s price, especially the location

the location is very central and the hotel is quiet. the woman at the reception is very friendly and helpful.

the bathroom is very humid and dirty because the ventilation doesnt work. the room is very cold (outside it was 12 degrees and inside it felt even colder), the AC works but it doesnt warm up the room enough.
