Had a lovely 3 days, accommodation was clean, tidy and modern. Will definitely book again!

We got a deluxe room and it was so big. The bed was very comfortable and clean. Clean towels in our room everyday and ladies at reception were so nice. It was my partners birthday and I had arranged before hand with the hotel to display balloons, banners and chocolates and they did exactly what I wanted- he was so happy. Great communication, would definitely stay here again.

The only downside was how uphill the location was and sometimes no parking available.

Disappointing

The location of the hotel is nice.

The hotel was extremely dirty. I have never been to a dirtier room. The hygiene doesn't correspond to a 4 star hotel. The bathroom had pink and black mold on the tiles, the shower head was dirty and covered in white. When I unfloded the towels a ball of hair fell off and there was hair on the bed sheets too. The carpet was covered in stains, all sorts of stains. The curtains were dirty as well. Terrible experience, we visited the same hotel 2 years ago and it was wonderful.. after this visit we will never visit again.

Clean, spacious rooms with a view

This is a very nice property. The hotel was clean, and the room was spacious. There was a sitting area in addition to the bedroom, a kettle, and a small balcony that was very pleasant. Staff at the front desk were quite helpful.

The hotel is not staffed after a certain time of day, so if you have a question or need something, you are on your own. Also, this location is a bit tricky to find, even for the cab driver we used initially, since it's up curves and hill from the main part of Plovdiv.

Nice stay in the heart of Plovdiv

Cozy and clean city hotel at the top of the Danov hill. Free of charge parking places in the street in front of the hotel. It’s quiet in the evening and in the night and very close in the same time to Kapana district and main streets.

As a recommendation - to put mosquito nets on the windows because at night we left the balcony door open and in the morning we had wasps in the room. Also as a recommendation - to have a garden set on the terrace because we had booked a deluxe studio with a terrace and we didn't have chairs to enjoy the view of the city (room 307)

Cosy hotel in a historic part of town.

Beautiful historic location on one of the seven hills, with a wonderful view. Spacious, comfortable room, quiet at night. Friendly staff. Cosy balcony. Walking distance from city center.

The bathroom was rather small and water got everywhere after a shower.

It surpassed my expectations

The room had a balcony with an amazing view of the town. The bedsheets were snow white, the AC and small fridge were working, the WiFi was quick and the bathroom was spotless. Everything that you could need was there.
