not terrible, but far from great - felt some of the photos are misleading

Great location. Rooms are super small. We got 3 separate rooms for a total of 6 ppl - all were the same type.

Bathroom water leaks into the room on the carpet. Tiny mattress. no bedside tables. Tiny blanket for 2 ppl to share. Digital check in - you have to call a random number on the door of the place and get instructions to enter inside.

The picture looks too idyllic. The hotel is situated on a street with a lot of traffic. Not as charming a building as we thought it would be. There is no lift. The stairs are narrow and dangerous (one step is way shorter than the others). Room was very small.

Kind of disappointing

The location is top! I’booked it in the summer with friends, we loved the stay

But this time i visited 3-4 of February, when i arrived the room temperature was 15C and it took more than 6h to become 20C. During the summer it is no problem,but for winter I don’t think thats okay, i was freezing. Also the bathroom wasnt clean-the floor was dirty and the toilet bin was half full, I don’t know if i would book third time :(

We liked the location very much as it is right on the pedestrian street. The room has every thing you might need.

The room is a bit small but cleverly aranged. Also it would be nice to be someone at the reception and not have to communicate through the phone.

Room was very clean and comfy. Room setup is lovely. Loved the beautiful quotes on the wall on each floor. Room is very quiet at night and we could sleep deep. Staff was very helpful, and she was very good in English, so communication was very easy for us. Location of the hotel is excellent, it is walking distance to Plovdiv market. We walked from the hotel to visit Ancient Stadium, the market, and also old town of Plovdiv. The hotel does not have parking area of its own, but one can park the car nearby in Plovdiv. There is blue zone paid parking areas. Parking in Plovdiv can get tough even with paid parking areas because it is mostly full.

Nice decorated room fresh renovated in the beginning of the central pedestrian road in Plovdiv.

The free public parking place that is referred doesn't exist. There is an opportunity to park in only two roads near the hotel and only after 17.30. It is very difficult for someone to know these streets and even find them when you are a foreigner in the city. We spend one hour doing circles and leave the car in a private parking at first. There was no toilet paper in the room which is something that can happen but leaving it on the floor outside of the room after we mentioned it was unprofessional as they always have spare keys. The breakfast isn't served inside the hotel but in a cafe nearby which is also not mentioned. The options aren't many. But I must mention that the owner of the cafe was nice and friendly Last but not least there is no elevator. And when you stay at the 4th floor is rather difficult to go up with the luggages.

It is a very high tech hotel. Very interesting and in Japanese style in terms of minimalism and well used space. Amazing bathroom and bed

It would be great if there was a leaflet that explains how to use the different tech things in the room. Also, everything is flashing during the night and the lights cannot be dimmed of the Aircon tablet etc.

Rezevasyonumu yapıp yarım saat sonra tesise gittim. Gittiğimde kapısı kilitliydi. Camda bizi arayın açalım diye bir yazı asmışlar. O an yurt dışı hattım olmadığı için arayamadım ve gece saat 10da kapıda valizimle kaldım. Sonuç olarak gidip başka bir otelde kaldım. Kalmadığım otelin parası da iade edilmedi.

Хотелът е малък, уютен и добре обзаведен. Излизаш от входната врата и си на пешеходната зона на Пловдив. Стаите са чисти и оборудвани с всичко необходимо - има кана за вода, сешоар, ютия и дори сейф. Трябва да се има предвид, че стаите са доста малки и ако сте с деца и диванът е разпънат не остава много място за багажа. Голям плюс са и трите паркоместа , с които разполага хотела, защото паркирането в центъра на Пловдив си е приключение :) Съотношението цена-качество, както и локацията правят това място отличен избор за тези от вас, които искат да се разходят в града за няколко дни.
