I loved everything, from the style, cleanliness and space of the room, through the service to the breakfast! Everything exceeded my expectations!

The only thing I didn't like was that one of the elevators was out of order which is a temporary problem.

Great stay, delicious food and comfortable rooms

I really liked the hotel - everything was so well thought of- from the parking of the hotel, through the beautiful clean room with special sets for kids, room service and delicious breakfast. The staff was very attentive and we would surely select Jagerhof again when in Plovdiv.

Nothing I didn’t like - just an idea to add a kids room with some activities for the colder months when the outdoor playground can’t be used.

Very good stay

Perfect air conditioning in a boiling hot weather conditions. Modern looking, comfortable room with blackout curtains. Enough space and good bathroom. Parking spot provided.

There was an invitation for breakfast on the TV when you check-in. But it lacks information if it is included in the price or not (it's not). It is far from the center, but it is easily accessible by public transport.

We booked the hotel as a group of 14 people for my wife's birthday. I can't fault anything about our stay. The staff were amazing, the rooms were beautiful & the breakfast was lovely.

Very good facilities; clean, tastefully furnished, free water, coffee and tea. Staff was very polite. Guest discount for dinner at the brewery next door.

Excellent stay in Hotel Jägerhof

Briefly said: I liked everything! But if I have to tell you in detail: The first thing that made an impression on me was how polite and proper the hotel staff was. A very warm welcome indeed. The second thing, the room... I had no words for the room's elegance, luxury, and comfort. Absolute similar to the one presented in the pictures, even better. I liked the view from the panoramic windows. I liked how comfortable the king-sized bed was. And just the whole organization of the room was perfect. The third thing was their customer-staff communication system and room service. When you turn on the TV you find out that there you can find everything you might need during your stay, like information about each of Jaegerhof's units (the hotel, the beer hall, and the piano bar), menu with food from the beer hall/restaurant, menu with different types of pillows, menu with movies (They are paid, but there are quite good offers.) and TV channels, and menu with essentials such as bathroom accessories, various types of phone chargers and cables, minibar refills and more. Each of these can be ordered with room service, which is free of charge. Depending on the type of room you have chosen, everything may even be free for you, except the food of course, but you get a 10% discount as a hotel guest. Oh, and by the way the hotel has free parking for the guests. Wish everyone a great stay! 😉👌🏻

The apartment was spacious and cozy, the bed- comfortable. My little dog was welcomed. The room service was amazing! The breakfast offered delicious plates! And the staff is very supportive .
