Flawless!

My partner and I stayed here for three nights just after Christmas. The hotel is only a two-minute walk from the city centre. The room was spotless in every corner, with no unpleasant smells from the bathroom. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this lovely place to anyone visiting Plovdiv who is looking for a quiet and comfortable stay.

Very comfortable and nice place.

The location is more than convenient, it is literally 1 minute to the high street. The staff was brilliant, very helpful and friendly. They allowed us early check-in and late check-out without additional fees. The rooms are spacious and clean.

The only thing I would say I didn't like was the music that could be heard in our room at night from the cafe/pub near the hotel.

Great deal for your money, in the heart of Plovdiv.

It’s in a great location. In the best area of the city without being in the middle of the chaos. The room was exceptionally clean, and we were welcomed by Anna who was a total sweetheart. She even gave us a small historical introduction to the city. Thank you!

I didn’t find it bad at all but just heads up: our budget room was on the top floor so the ceiling is a bit lower and the windows small. For me was a great scape from the very bright and warm summer.

Excellent choice

Very nice, new looking hotel. We were a bit early, but could check in anyway. The room was spacious, good beds (though a bit hard to my liking), nice bathroom. Location is very quiet, yet around the corner of the Roman remnants and shopping street. We could park in front of the hotel, which was free on sunday and costs 2 leva per hour on week days.

The way the shower is build, causes the floor to get totally wet. And not a complaint, but I lost count of how many times we hit our heads to the low ceiling....

Very nice guesthouse/hotel. Staff are the best!

The staff were very professional and polite. The location was excellent and near popular attractions. The rooms were clean and spacious.

The walls are too thin. Some nights I can hear my neighbor blow his nose in the sink for 10 minutes. The doors also do not cover all the way to the bottom because of the carpet. There is light leaking from the main hallway and you can definitely put a finger through; please fill those door gaps for privacy, as well.

Exceptional stay at the cleanest, newest hotel in the city

Exceptional all round - beds, room itself, bathroom, location. One of the cleanest and smartest hotels I've stayed in for a long time. The AC system was very modern and easy to use unlike many others in hotel rooms. I realise it's very new so that does help. I had a near perfect stay here and the lady on reception was friendly and super helpful.

Nothing at all. Perhaps the exterior of the hotel doesn't look as good as it is on the inside but not much can be done about that.

Such a recommended accommodation!!

The room was very well presented, a 3 minute walk from Kapana which is perfect for night time. The bathroom was pristine and very beautiful with essentials provided, hairdryer, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, cotton buds, and shower caps. The beds were comfortable and again very cute with a separate duvet on each side (so you don't have to share if you're with a duvet hogger). The staff members were extremely helpful. The parking on the street we panicked as we had no change, but the gentleman on the reception desk was extremely helpful. We checked in at 4am with no problems at all with the code that was provided and the key was ready for collection.

The only thing is can be a little noise when the bars nearby are closing but not to loud you can't sleep so don't let it put you off.

Elegant, comfortable and fantastic location

This is a newly renovated, family-owned hotel. The rooms are gorgeous with comfortable chairs and quality bedding. The pillows are down feathers. The mattress is firm but still comfortable for side sleepers. There is a mini fridge and electric kettle in the room. Two water bottles are provided daily and there is filtered water in the lobby. Excellent hot water and water pressure. The front desk staff are great and speak excellent English. They even helped organize a private car and driver to take me to North Macedonia. The location is fabulous....steps away from the Roman stadium and a few blocks to the plethora of restaurants in Kapana.

The shower floor is polished marble and is treacherous and slippery. There is no handrail for the front steps entering the hotel. It would be lovely if breakfast was offered.

Estaba todo muy limpio, al hacer el check in fue muy cómodo poder reservar la plaza de aparcamiento al lado, la habitación tiene todo lo necesario y el lugar está muy bien ubicado.

El baño olía muy mal a desagüe, sería muy bueno que dieran la opción de tener desayuno.

Quando entramos no quarto havia um cheiro muito forte de esgoto vindo do banheiro. Pensamos em pedir para trocar de quarto mas como eram só 2 diárias ficamos com a porta do banheiro fechada. Seria bom uma pequena cozinha no apartamento.

Престоят ни в хотела беше наистина фантастичен! Стаите са много чисти, уютни и удобни. Персоналът е изключително любезен и отзивчив – въпреки че в стаята нямаше кафе машина, ни предложиха и направиха страхотно кафе, което много оценихме. Паркирането пред хотела е в зона, но ни посъветваха да вземем целодневни талони и нямахме никакви проблеми. Близо до хотела има страхотна гръцка пекарна, където закусвахме със семейството – истинско удоволствие! Локацията е перфектна – на пешеходно разстояние от основните забележителности и с много заведения в близост. Благодарим на целия екип на Evelin Deluxe House за прекрасното отношение и грижата по време на престоя ни! Със сигурност ще се върнем отново!

Liegt am Rand der Altstadt. Dafür, dass die Müllabfuhr am Ostermontag in aller Früh die Tonnen ausleert, kann die Unterkunft nichts. Super sauber, alles gut in Schuß, gepflegt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Meine klare Nummer 1.
