Perfect for our one night stay, great host, comfortable apartment near the station and a lovely walk into the main town.

Host was really accommodating and helpful, he responded quickly to messages. Very convenient location for us near the train / bus station - we were only staying for one night before the overnight train to Istanbul and wanted to not have far to walk with luggage. It was also only around half an hour walking into the main town, mostly through a lovely park. Bed was comfortable and there was a good heater and hot shower (it was very cold while we were there!). Plovdiv itself was great despite the cold, we were really glad we’d decided to visit (it’s a good add on if you are doing the Sofia to Istanbul overnight train).

There isn’t loads in the immediate neighbourhood but that wasn’t an issue for us and there were small shops if you needed groceries. The door to the bathroom would always stay closed.

Pleasent & Pleasing. Must to comeback.

Ambient, Cleanliness & Location is the 3 things we liked. Since we needed a stay near medical university & all other amenities, which exactly matched our need. On top of all the we met very friendly & help minded staff who handled us was very pleasing. 100% I’d recommend this luxury flat for family / friends stay.

It would be better to have inner lock on the toilet door. But thats NOT ruined our privacy.

Great location from train station and a great host!

The owner was very nice and welcoming and went out of his way to make our stay as pleasant as possible in whatever way he could, going beyond the call of duty in several respects. The unit is very conveniently located close to the train station which makes it really easy to travel by train.

Nothing. Only thing one could object is that there is Lots of roadwork around making it a bit more complex to navigate but that’s really a detail.

Modern and spacious apartment located in Plovdiv. The apartment is well-equipped and comfortable, with an excellent view of the city. It is also very clean and has free private parking in the yard which is very convenient. Wi-Fi and Netflix included. The location is good, only 15 minutes away from the city center.

Very clean and spacious apartment with a lot of small accommodates that made our stay just perfect- coffee, bottles of water, ironing, hair dryer. The bed was super comfortable. Location is in a very quiet part of Plovdiv, less than 15 min walk from the center.

Amazing and STRONGLY recommend.

Ivon was wonderful. He was friendly, helpful, and considerate. He also equipped the unit with consideration of need of his guests, down to small details. The unit itself was tastefully decorated and very clean. Location was also excellent. Ivon was flexible with the check out time as well. With all that, the price was also very reasonable. We had an overall great experience.

Great host, great apartment

Great place to stay! The host went out of his way to make us feel comfortable, what a great guy! Quiet yet central location, private parking inside gates (you will rarely find this in Plovdiv), the bed was very comfortable, there are all amenities for a longer stay, including a microwave, coffee machine and proper plates and cutlery.
