Staff was very friendly and welcoming :)

We stayed there for 7 nights. Room was extremely dusty, we could see dust everywhere. We even showed a video to a member of staff at the reception of the dust that was accumulated on the side table lamp. Tea/coffee was not replenished fully most of the time. One day we called reception twice to ask for tea/coffee but did get it even after 4 hours. Breakfast was average, advertised as a 4 star hotel we expected a better variety of food provided.

Disappointing

Staff was great

Too much colours that drove me crazy. The corridor was red carpet / black walls. The room - orange carpet , purple walls, red windows, gold couch, animal print on the arm chair. The bathroom bright orange with black tiles. Terrible. Parking 5 lv. Breakfast - go before 9. I went 9.20 and took the last of everything. After that they didn't bring more food. The other guests had to eat whatever was left .

The location is good. Comfortable bed and nice pillow. Clean room and bathroom.

The parking was paid for the guests of the hotel. The sink in the bathroom was installed like for dwarfs (vely low). The airconditioning was not very good. we've set a temperature to 23 degrees, but the air conditioner was switching on and off every 2 minutes and was noisy. Slow elevators (one out of 2 was out of order).

Great

Very smiling, friendly and supportive staff. The room was big enough, with comfortable beds and enough comfortable pillows. The hotel is in the center of Plovdiv, within walking distance of the city garden. There is a shopping center next door that is open until 9pm and offers to buy anything you forgot to take with you.

I would recommend having a manual on how to use the air conditioning system. We set it to 18 degrees, but during the night the temperature had risen to 22 degrees. I'm sure everything is working correctly, but we didn't know what mode we had selected

I tried to take a bubble bath 🛀 but there was a huge water leak underneath the bathtub and I had to clean it up. The food is usually good but this time the bread was stale and some of the food was not fresh.
