The property was good. Regarding the clean was excellent. It is has a fridge.
First I didn’t like that there you can hear everything, happiness in the property. For example: If your room is on the first floor, you can hear when someone enters the building, or talking - It is feels like this happens in your room.
Second, there not a microwave oven.
Third, not near shop around e.g. if you want to buy vegetables.
The stuff is top.

Good location right near bus and bus station
A relatively cheap option for a quick night of sleep (with air-conditioning)
Easy check-in
The room was not very nice (e.g. holes in the wall and paint falling off)
No blackout curtains or roller blinds, so the room gets bright in the morning
