The accommodation was excellent -modern, clean and fresh. The manager was very obliging in enabling me to keep my luggage there after check out.

Checking in was a problem. The door was locked when I arrived and there was no one at reception. I relied on a current guest to let me in. There was an expectation that guests have a mobile phone to contact the manager (who lives off site) to be able to check in. Not having a mobile phone, I relied on a current guest to enable me to contact reception, and was only then able to check in and directed to my allocated room. If you have a phone, then there should be no problem, other than getting into the guest house in the first place.

Good choice as an emergency booking, fine for staying couple of nights

Clean! There's no smell from bathroom in the room. Good location, quite even though the bus station is near (1 min walking), 3 mins to train station, 10 min to city center.

Pillows were so uncomfortable, and also the smell from them. It would be nice to have slippers since the floor is from tile and cold. My window view was a wall of another building, so it was dark the whole day, some people might not like it, but it was fine for me.

Perfect guesthouse, even for solo travel

It’s about 10mins from the park, and 25mins walk to the centre, but it’s still very convenient, there are supermarkets and marts nearby. Room is so clean and spacious, bed is comfortable. Check in was very smooth The staffs are very kind as well. Highly recommended!

I would not stay here again

The Receptionist was lovely - she gave us a map & told us about a free walking tour. The bed was reasonably comfortable.

There was no soundproofing, it was so noisy from other guests in the night & early morning making noise that we couldn't sleep so we checked out a day early & lost the money that we had paid for the second night. Cigarette smoke came in our window so the room stank. Booking description stated there was a hairdryer but there wasn't. There was no shower screen, no shower curtain & no mop so the bathroom floor was wet & slippery.

Very good for short stays. Room is good and clean. Easy checkin and check out Location is close to the bus central station, the old town and city center but the street where it is located makes you feel in a ghost city with abondent buildings.
