Reception was great and helped me to go to my room

didn't had any breakfast the reason that I didn't take breakfast because I didn't want to eat anything

A good room in a great location.

Perfect for a person or a couple that's there to enjoy the city and just needs a place to rest. Everything was clean and tidy. There's a coffee maker, a microwave and a fridge in the shared space (hallway).

The only inconvenience we found was that we didn't find any utensils or even a glass/cup for water/coffee.

I liked the location and easy check in very nice staff and friendly kept it clean

After coffee finished had to buy my own, in my room I did not have air conditioning so I was hot and it was loud in the location as well lots of noise from street so had to have window open and fan which I had but noise was there as no air conditioning . Could hear neighbours snoring as well and noises from other rooms.

Central location right in the middle of everything.

You cannot beat the location! Bed was comfy. Air conditioner worked great. I was able to walk to all the locations with ease. There were no interactions with other guests. It felt sort of anonymous.

It was a little tricky to find. I'll post a picture to help others. The courtyard is shared with others in the building and it was a mess. But once you got into the building it was nice. BTW the room features didn't include working coffee or microwave as advertised. But I would have never used them with cafe and grocery store near by.

Only location was good side

Broken shower, shower head had leakage which made all floor wet. tiny shower+toilet The double bed had only one planket which was the size of a regular one person planket, so the two of us could not fit under it comfortably while sleeping. Someone had smoked cigarettes in the room or on the balcony previously and the room still had a bit of cigrette smell. The room had no trashcan either. The owner was making a renovation in the hallway so until evening there were sounds of that coming to the room.

A perfectly clean little room with a modern interior and

It had a brand new modern interior, with a nice western-style shower, and the entire room was spotlessly clean. The A/C was powerful, the windows had insect screens, and the bed was very comfortable. It also had curtains - which other reviews noted it hadn't yet had. It was a perfect little room.

Perfect for one or two nights, I recommend it !!

- perfect situation !! - near tsar garden, bus stop, supermarket and center of Plovdiv - easy to find and easy check-in/check-out - small guest house with not too much rooms - super prices - mosquito net at all windows - airconditionning in the room - comfortable beds - several towels made available in the room

- very noisy (street is noisy and acoustic isolation inside the building is not good) Take earplugs with you !!! - one bathroom (not enough for all the rooms) - cleanisles not very good in bathroom - no toilet paper in reserve - no fridge reachable At night, the outer grid is closed (not locked), it is VERY difficult to open and no one is informed, I thought I would not be able to come back my room...!!

Уютно и спретнато. Женичката, която ме изпрати беше супер вежлива въпреки факта, че не освободих навреме стаята, тя ми прибра багажа и ми го върна вечерта. Като цяло съм адски доволен.

Единственият недостатък беше, че банята и тоалетната са общи, но за тази цена не смятам, че е нещо недопустимо и реално съм доволен от всичко. Пак бих отседнал🙂

Велика перевага цього хостела - це місце розташування, співвідношення ціна/якість, наявність одномісних номерів. Хочу побажати власникам - коректно зробити опис номерів та доступних зручностей. Якщо я читаю в описі номеру: туалет, душ, електрочайник, кавоварка, то я собі уявляю їх у номері, а не один туалет на всіх. А якщо я прочту про загальний туалет та душ, то я буду до цього готова, і не буду розчарована та збентежена.

Практично відсутній зв'язок з власниками. На мій запрос-прохання раннього заїзду, відповідь не отримала. Були проблеми з кодовим замком, він працює зі збоями. На телефон теж ніхто не відповідав. Змогла зайти у тільки тому, що з приміщення виходили мешканці. Тема проблеми не про ранній заїзд і непрацюючий замок, а про відсутність діалогу.

Топ локация ( за мене). Нормално разтояние от жп. Гара. Близо до централната част. Отсреща има магазин, във близост денонощно магазинчета. До спирка на гр. транспорт. Двор за пушене. За моите нужди е перфектно. Леглото бе удобно. Чисто и уютно. Само комуникацията ми бе леко странна. Но всичко друго си е топ. ❤️👍🙂

Tal cual en fotos. Muy limpio, de hecho se nota que acaban de pintar, de modo que se ve que le dan su cariñito de vez en cuando a las instalaciones. Sin embargo, lo más destacable fue el personal, extremadamente agradable.

Il n'y avait plus de papier toilette du coup j'ai mis une note de merde

Un radiateur traditionnel est disponible dans la chambre numéro 4 ce qui permet de bien chauffer la pièce.

J'ai passé deux nuits dans cet établissement dans deux chambres différentes. Entre mon départ et mon retour après la première nuit, la salle de bain commune était dans le même état que je l'ai laissée. Il semblerait donc qu'il n'y ait pas eu de nettoyage systématique après le départ des clients de la nuit précédente, même s'il est vrai que le personnel semblait débordé dans le cadre du nettoyage des chambres. Pour ce qui est du bruit, il y a des règles à savoir ne pas faire de bruit pendant certaines heures de l'après-midi mais ce sont des règles que le personnel lui-même ne respecte pas, car il semble évident qu'à l'étage au-dessus se déroulait l'exorcisme d'Emily Rose ou de tout équivalent bulgare de la dame possédée en question et compte tenu du remue-ménage, il devait y avoir au moins 47 prêtres du Vatican affairés à la tache. J'ai mentionné les deux nuits passées dans cet établissement. Dans la chambre numéro 1 il y a des rideaux mais ce n'est pas le cas de la chambre numéro 4. Et les passants dans la rue semblaient le savoir vu le nombre d'hommes qui regardaient vers la fenêtre. Il semblerait que les voyeurs se soient tous donnés rendez-vous.
