Convenience but falling to bits

Very handy for the Train Station and the Plovdiv Airport Shuttle is just across the road. Restaurant and bar open until late but not loud. A 10 to 15 minute walk into the centre. The room could do with a makeover and the bathroom was falling to bits. Toilet wobbly and leaking water from the U Bend. Could certainly find nicer hotels in the area for the same price !

Beautifull hotel to stay in

The hotel is 5 min walk to the City Center. There is a restaurant and the food there is lovely. Everything you need is close- shops, supermarkets,bus stops,pharmacies,train and bus station. Our apartment was with balcony where we could sit at the table and have coffee, or we could have it in the nice living room. The place was warm and beautifully decorated.

Worst place to stay!!!!

Since I travel I never felt so unwillcome like at this place. The personal was totally unfriendly! ...and even when we were at our room we could hear them argue at late time. Although they had a credit card machine she doesn't let us pay with credit card and we already had to pay when we arrived. The bathroom ceiling was full of mould. And the door in the bathroom was stuck, so I almost thought I will stuck there!.. there were aints at the ground and the socket at my bed doesn't worked... so really don't stay there!!!!

The room was disgusting durty and old. I couldn't sleep all night.. you could hear everything from the next room. The people next door had a fight in the middle of the night and the police was called. I was scared and couldn't close my eyes. The hotel smells. The beda are small and the duvet was so small that when sleeping on one side my back was uncovered. Horrible horrible experience. Do not bother booking rooms there

I've booked through the app 3 rooms for 6 people, but from the hotel have booked only two for our reservation and did not manage to find place for two of us. We had to find another hotel for the rest of us. The beds were not good and the hotel smells bad. Don't bother even looking at that place.

Location was tge only positive thing, but not good enough to make the visit worthy.

I had to carry my heavy luggage several stairs because they didn't have an elevator. The receptionists only knew a few words in English, not enough to be able to communicate properly. And were in need of a proper shower! There was no real breakfasts, only food from a restaurant without a breakfast menu (they did have scrambled eggs tho, but that was the only breakfasty thing they had) the room smelled like smoke even if I didn't book a room for smokers and no one had bothered to clean under the trash bin, the floor was very filthy.

The staff was hardworking

Being with a baby made everything way more difficult than it should have been. We were on the last floor and had to take the stroller all the way up via the stairs as there is no lift. The electricity stopped for about 4 hours with no explanation. Nobody told us the come-in info as most other cheap hotels do (wifi password, sheck out hours, contact details etc.) There were no duvets, although its summer guests should have the option to either use the duvet or just the linen, which was bleached and looked very unpleasant.
