The room was clean and cozy, situated on a relatively quiet street just a short walk from the city center. Overall, we had a great stay and were very happy with the experience.
The "public parking" claim is quite misleading, as there is no parking specifically reserved for guests. Unless you book a cave in the woods, street parking is generally a given anywhere (if you're lucky enough to find a spot). Properties shouldn't list parking as a feature unless they actually guarantee a dedicated space for their guests.

It is in walking distance of Plovdiv's center and old town, perfect for excursions on foot.
(And because of roadworks there was a parking spot close by.)
It was also nice that the personnel does not enter your room unless you ask them.
Cheap parking is complicated in Plovdiv and some tips would be nice (we were lucky because of roadworks).
The bathroom was small, so it was difficult to shower and keep the rest of the bathroom dry, a wiper to wipe the floor would be helpful.

The guesthouse is at the perfect location, literally a few steps from the central area of the city. It’s super cozy, very comfortable and the room we stayed in had a lovely little terrace that I enjoyed spending some time on. The room was air-conditioned and had a very pleasant and comfortable bathroom inside. Lovely place overall, we enjoyed staying there and will definitely repeat when we visit Plovdiv again.
There wasn’t a single thing that we didn’t like about the place.

Good location and clean
I stayed in a three beds bedroom. The third bed offered wasn't a bed. The bathroom was uncomfortable. The shower didn't have a separation from the sink and the toilet. It was link to the sink and if you weren't careful water could come in from the shower head when using the sink.
