Centrally located but questionable hygiene

Perfect location, there's a bar just below the place and yet it's quite calm. It is centrally located on the main pedestrian alley and the room was beautifully displayed. The owner was nice and let us leave the luggage throughout the day after checkout

It's difficult not to see the unhygienic side of the shower and the toilets full of rust. It would be nice to clean from time to time. Although the beds were comfy, I got massively stung by some insects (not bed bugs) - I believe here as well the mattresses could regularly be checked.

I had a great experience staying at this hostel. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was kind and accommodating—he allowed me to check in an hour early, which was a huge help. Even after I checked out, he let me leave my bag there for a while, and since it was an extremely hot day and I’d been outside, he even let me come back and take a shower. That level of hospitality really stood out. He wasn’t very talkative, but he was efficient and did his job well, which I appreciated. One of the biggest highlights of this hostel is its location. It’s right in the heart of the city center, with restaurants and key attractions just steps away. Despite being in such a central area, the hostel was surprisingly quiet—the rooms seemed to have excellent soundproofing, which made for a peaceful stay. My room was clean, spacious, and had great natural lighting. It also had air-conditioning and a lovely view of the bustling street below. I was fortunate to have the room to myself, which added to the comfort. The bed was very comfortable, and even felt slightly bigger than typical hostel beds, which made a real difference in sleep quality. The common areas, including the kitchen and living room, were well-maintained, clean, and fully equipped. The atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming. There’s also a bar downstairs, which I didn’t personally use, but it’s a nice option for those who enjoy a social drink in the evening. Overall, the facilities were top-notch, and for the price, this place is an incredible value. I would absolutely recommend it to other travelers.

The only real downside is that the hostel doesn’t have an elevator, so you’ll need to carry your luggage up the stairs. It wasn’t a problem for me, but it’s something others might want to keep in mind—especially if you’re traveling with heavy bags or have mobility concerns. In general, I truly have nothing bad to say about my stay. The staff was thoughtful, the space was clean and quiet, and the location was perfect. It’s a great grab for its price, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Good place in town

The hostel is in the city center The place is not very clean and could be more organized but it's ok for that price. We have a half day rest and a shower 🚿 . The kitchen isn't very clean but ok Everything is chaotic.

Very untidy place with bed bugs

It’s close to the centre

The owner is very rude, when I was asking him questions about my stay he said not to bother him. The place isn’t clean at all. I found bad bugs in my room. He changed my room right after I told him but still it wasn’t comfortable to be in such place.

Perfect stay!

Everything was perfect: the staff (so nice and kind and welcoming) the room (clean, bright, big and nicely decorated) the location (right in the Main Street) The Hostel is very nice. We were able to leave our luggages for a few hours. We’ll definitely be back if we are in Plovdiv again

Excellent Hostel in the Heart of Plovdiv

It's located at the central/ main walking street of Plovdiv. The main attraction, ancient theater and restaurants are just around the corner. I was there during Christmas and had the whole place for myself. Toilets were clean with good shower. Comfy beds with a spacious common area. You have everything you need in a Hostel. Good Wifi as well.

There was no 24/7 front desk person. Some lockers in the room need a fix. The hostel is situated on the second floor, by passing a pub, it would be a bit noisy if it's operating.

The location is perfect. It's definitely in city centre of Plovdiv. The dorm is carpeted.

Check-in is tricky. There's no bell on the door, or they didn't inform me of any instruction in advance. I had to call them a couple of times to get in the hostel, which is stressful. One of the beds is just beside the door. Fortunately I took another bed, but it would have been so annoying if I had been assigned to that bed.
