Fantastic room in a great location. Close to the old town and perfect for going out at night. Ivan was really helpful from start to finish and gave great recommendations for Plovdiv and the rest of Bulgaria

Lovely stay

Comfortable, nicely decorated and spotlessly clean apartment with an attached kitchen with dining table that has everything you need to self-cater. Great location in a quiet street but near cafes and shops as well as being pretty central for the sights. Lovely owner who was very responsive and helpfully let me leave my luggage the day I was leaving. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The top location, close to all excellent cafes, bars and restaurants. Right next to the Old town, in Kapana. Also, the staff is more than friendly! They are your friends even before you meet them!

Excellent accommodation in the heart of Plovdiv

Location and value for money! It’s located right in Kapana, the art district in Plovdiv! It’s where all the buzz is, especially at night. Accommodation is very quiet nonetheless. Staff are very polite and welcoming, always ready to offer advice when needed.

Pretty much nothing. The only inconvenience is that the bathroom is located on another floor but this only applies if staying in one of the rooms. Still, highly recommend!

A really Great spot! The host is very welcoming and positive. Everything is perfectly clean, new comfortable beds, the whole room was even better than the pictures. There's a kitchen at your disposal if you wish to make it even more cozy. The location is right in the heart of Plovdiv, very good if you're coming here for leisure like us. Walking distance from all interesting places in the city, a great variety of restaurants, coffees and bars around, for a couple of minutes walking you can go to the Ancient City and other historical monuments. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Excellent location. Very close to the old town and the city centre. The room was very comfortable and the whole guest house is spotlessly clean. Ivan, the owner, is very helpful. He showed me where the main points of interest were, he rang the bus station for me about my onward travel and he let me have a late check out. I would definitely stay here again!

Good

The situation is on the tops one's offered in Plovdiv. Just a minute walk to the historical places and art center of Kapana. Even that it was quite enough. The host offered us a room with three separate beds, even we have paid for a small double bed and single one. It was clean.

The room is extremely small. It is not possible to open the window as it is just over the middle bed and it blow up to your head when you lay on it. The beds are not comfortable. The bathroom is not in the room, should go outside in the hallwaywhere are the stairs for the upper floor.

Our host was very friendly and gave us an impromptu tour of the neighbourhood

I would have preferred the key for the bathroom was on the key-hoop with the other keys. After making the decision it was better to be able to leave towels/toiletries there, we had to remove the key for privacy sakes. The other guests next door were a bit upset that they didn't have access anymore. One set of keys for everything is better.

Friendly central oasis

Very central in the "TRAP"of Plovdiv- so central for restuarants and shops etc- would be good to get the owners taxi service - and they are wonderful friendly people- the room is very clean and a great stop over

Стаята беше маломерна за 3-ма човека, почти нямаше къде да стъпиш. Банята е неотопляема и е доста студено. Кухнята е обща и беше много студено, нямаше топла вода в кухнята за миене. Което я прави почти невъзможно за ползване.
