Well worth the price. Clean, quiet, and essentially functional.

When there was any problem, staff was available to assist. Example: The building is old and the water was turned off. Staff actually came over and escorted a women to another hostel to use their bathroom. That's service!

For the price? Not much could have been better. This is the least expensive hostel in Plovdiv. If you want more, you'll pay for it. =)

Functional stay

Easy access and a very convenient location. The beds have curtains for privacy, and my room even had a balcony. A small towel is provided. There are lockers, a small kitchen, and a cozy living room.

A good place for solo travellers

Their staff and facilities are good..The room is air conditioned, and staffs, especially Hasan is very friendly and helpful.

They could bring changes to a few small things, for example a shower curtain. It is unnecessarily small to cover the entire shower area..

Cosy stay in funky area

The location was so lovely, right in a really funky area of Plovdiv, and the owners were extremely kind and communicative with us. The private room was small, but extremely comfortable and cosy - it’s all you need - very worth it :)

Great central location, quiet at night. Well equipped kitchen

Awful, toilets were leaking a smelling. Shower over toilet. No staff there at all. No life no atmosphere. Hardly any other back packers

Nice hostel and cheap.

It is in the center of town. There are a lot of places to go eat. I would sleep with the window open.

The city is kind of empty. I should have stayed only 2 days. 1 to 2 days is enough to explore the city.

The bed has a curtain ,good for privacy. Since the room was ready, they were kind enough to let me check in early without any additional charge. The location is great. Enough good kitchen stuff.

I enjoyed staying at pijama Hostel, Franco the guy who works there, takes care of every guest and it is lots of fun to have him around. The premises are well organized and clean. Should I go back to Plovdiv, definitely I'll stay here again.

bad contact and worst experience

In this accommodation, my two friends and I were sexually harassed by another resident, which is why we wanted to change accommodation. However, the manager of Pijama Hostel was very difficult to reach and only spoke to us on the phone after booking.con contacted him. Unfortunately, the manager did not take our traumatic experience in this accommodation seriously and laughed at us. I cannot recommend this accommodation under any circumstances, especially not to women!

Would not be my first choice for next stay in Plovdiv

I recently stayed at Pijama Hostel in Plovdiv, and my experience had its pros and cons. Firstly, the location of the hostel was fantastic. It was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore Plovdiv's attractions. Additionally, the owner of the hostel was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, which added a personal touch to our stay.

There were some drawbacks. The hostel seemed to be understaffed. The cleanliness of the hostel was also not up to the standard I would have hoped for. It left me feeling a bit uncomfortable during my stay. While I appreciated the friendly owner and the great location, the issues with understaffing and cleanliness would make me reconsider staying at Pijama Hostel on my next visit to the city.

It’s located in the center of the city and has good accesses to most of the places as a walking distance. There is a nice and cozy common room and bathrooms are clean. Bank beds have curtains and pretty spacey so feeling like almost a private room. There is actually no reception but the checking process was all smooth on messages. I recommend this hostel if you plan to stay in Plovdiv for sure :))

Good place to stay, recommend it

Wifi is fast. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The bed is comfortable and comes with a light, a socket and curtains. There's a shared kitchen to use. Super close to the Roman stadium.

The hostel was OK, but I spent all my free time at Hiker's hostel. Large open common area, Ivan was very helpful, and overall exciting vibe. HH is only 7 mins away and in the Old Town
