This is well priced accommodation with an amazing view of the roman east gate in plovdiv. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, with a small shower room. There was roadside parking nearby, but it was a bank Holiday, so you may need to park elsewhere on working days. The little shop downstairs was useful, and there's a small garden area to sit. It's a good price for Plovdiv, and we would stay again. Plovdiv is lovely to explore, and this is very close to the old town.
The best views involve more stairs, of course, but nothing negative really.

Location of the place - very close to the old town. Easily accessible and free parking spot.
It was really cold inside, we stayed there in December and I believe the owner should turn on the heat some time before the guests arrive (we waited a few hours for the place to warm up).

Good location, within walking distance to the old town and main tourist attractions. Room with air condition.
Room is small for 4 persons, somewhat inconvenient. Shower and toilet is not separated in the bathroom at all - after taking a shower it becomes a swimming pool. You can obtain the keys at a grocery shop at the ground floor of the building - staff does not speak foreign languages, so language barrier may happen.
