Great boutique hotel in a beautiful setting overlooking the central park.

My go to Hotel in Plovdiv, I am a regular visitor, its location overseeing the central park and walking distance to the walking street is idea for a short stay in the Historic city of Plovdiv.

Comfortable and spacious rooms, although very thin walls

The location is excellent, the bed was very comfortable (if you like a soft-to-medium mattress), the room was spacious, and everything was spotless. Breakfast was decent overall. The hot buffet was cold on the first day but hot on the second. That said, I’d still recommend having breakfast at the hotel, as many nearby places don’t open until later and the quality elsewhere can be hit and miss. The staff were polite and helpful.

On the downside, the walls were quite thin, so you could hear people on their phones in the morning or 'enjoying' themselves at night.

Poor service but pleasant staying

We asked them to have connection rooms a month ago before our arrival but when we’ve been there, told us that wasn’t impossible . When we were looking for hotel with spa in the site was writing that was included but when we asked them they told us that they don’t have any spa service. The dinner in the restaurant of the hotel was bad and the service worst.

Everything was great. the staff, the hotel, the proximity to city center. It is a very nice choise.

The breakfast buffet was ok and pretty normal. There was a constant flow in the buffet and nothing was out. Although it was not the richest buffet everything you should need was there.

The coffee but this is very common in most hotels. Perhaps a different blend should be better.

Comfort, Convenience, and Price - All Excellent!

This was the best hotel we've stayed at in our 3 weeks in Romania and Bulgaria. Everything was top notch - excellent and attentive staff, excellent breakfast, extremely comfortable bed, large, well organized room with stylish furnishings, and high pressure, instant hot water in the shower, private free parking. Everything was clean and well thought out. The location was also great, with a 5 minute walk through a beautiful park to the walking street to Old Town.

The wi-fi was a little spotty and weaker than some.

Absolutely gorgeous, cozy, best hotel in Plovdiv. I'll definitely come back. My room was upgraded without my asking. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Prosecco could be a nice addition to it.

Location by Plovdiv Central Park which is a calming oasis. The hotel has an enviable location that allows you to walk to all the sites of interest. The room was very comfortable with mattress and pillows that were delightful . The staff very professional and attentive. Attention to detail was the norm and not the exception. Great place to stay in the heart of ancient and modern history

The hotel location is amazing, close to an amazing walking park and the center of sites and attractions that we wanted to see. Roman ruins are everywhere in walking distance. The roman amphitheater was an adventure as well, the churches and cobbled lanes, you are literally walking through 2000 plus years of history right beneath your feet as you explore the city.

Not much to complain about. Wish we had more time to stay longer and will certainly next time we come. There are several hills to climb and see the monuments around, so next time we will plan accordingly for that.

Great location and room breakfasts terrible

Reception staff were great and the location next to the park lovely. The room was clean and A/c worked well We were given tickets for the owners gallery in a he old town and the paintings were fantastic

The spa bath when activated was very smelly and the breakfast was dire in the sub basement with the waiter/ server was rude and unhelpful It was a great shame as reception staff were excellent but the man at breakfast and the food offer is the worst I can remember anywhere.

It is a very comfortable, quiet hotel located next to a charming park. It was a short walk to the tourist attractions and the restaurant area. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Great place for your stay in Plovdiv

Excellent location. The property provides parking for your car in the central part of the city. The staff was quite helpful and professional. We booked a room with a view to the park and I cannot recommend it enough.

We’ll gladly stay here again

A wonderful hotel right next to the park. Our room was very clean and cozy, with a lovely view of the trees — and in the morning, we woke up to the sound of birds singing. But the biggest highlight of this hotel is the staff. They genuinely care about their guests and make you feel right at home. At the entrance, there’s a friendly security guard, Sergey, and the receptionists — who speak Bulgarian, English, and Russian — are always helpful and do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was the same every morning, but it was fresh and delicious. What we appreciated most was that the variety and quality of dishes didn’t change, even on days when there were fewer guests — a definite plus. A special mention goes to the waitress who served breakfast — she was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming.

Very good location, park view

The location is very good. The cosmetics provided in the room were very nice, everything smelled like roses. The room was fine. I recommend you to book a room with a park view on a higher floor. The price is reasonable.

I did not feel as a guest in a 5-star hotel, I would give it 4. The walls are thin, we heard the people’s conversations. The breakfast on Saturday starts at 8:00 (I think, it is late, it should be at 7), and it wasn’t impressive. If you are with a big car forget about the hotel’s underground parking, but there is a parking near the hotel.

Perfect place to stay

A perfect place to stay in Plovdiv. Wonderful, quiet location on the edge of the park. Motorbike parking right outside (or underneath the property). Beautiful building. Large, comfortable room with the best shower products ever (Bulgarian rose). A good restaurant where we ate the first night. Good breakfast. Excellent, helpful staff. Couldn't be better.
