One of the best hotels we ever visited!!! Perfect room on a perfect location!!! Very friendly and helpfull staff!!! I recommend this hotel to everybody who likes to visit Plovdiv!!!

Very comfy beed and overall a nice looking and fairly spacious room. Everything was cleanly. The staff at the reception was nice. Location is perfect with the park in front of you, you basically get directly into the pedestrian area.
The breakfast! Gosh, this was an underwhelming breakfast. It was advertised on booking to be much better, but felt like there was no heart in it. The bread and other things were stale even when I was the first to arrive right when breakfast opened. The products and ingredients are overall low quality and don't look or taste fresh. For a hotel of this calibre, they should really give their breakfast an overhaul.
