Perfect location, lovely design.

Location. Quiet room. Friendly and helpful receptionists. Warm room.

The breakfast should be improved. The cappuccino was not tasty (very weak and on the colder than likely warm side) and the bread is industrial packaged toast (not healthy).

My only one selection

Atlas is my constant selection everytime I visit Plovdiv. Breakfast is excellent, Staff is smilling and helpful. Location couldn't be more comfortable and nice. As long as there is room availability and the prices are of the same level I will continue to select it in my future visits.

A decent option when visiting Plovdiv

Location in center of Plovdiv is perfect, the room was large, modern and very comfortable.

The junior suite terrace looks out the back of the property (no view) instead of the center, the WiFi was unreliable, the reception situation is odd because it’s not a full hotel and the included breakfast from the Atlas restaurant was quite poor quality

Amazing property and great location. Atlas Kids play area was wonderful and staff was very sweet. Our children had an amazing time!

The staff is incredibly kind and attentive. Hotel is very clean and the restaurant is conveniently located on the main floor. Food is delicious with an incredible wine selection. Restaurant staff was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the menu and wine selection.

Wonderful place, will visit again

I stayed for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean and very well maintained. The amenities were excellent and made the stay even more comfortable. The location was absolutely fabulous—close to everything, easy to get around, and perfect for exploring the area.

Breakfast was good, though it could be upgraded a little with more variety. Apart from that small detail, everything was great. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

The staff were lovely, very helpful. Lady on reception packed up some breakfast as we had an early departure this morning. Room was very clean. Beds were comfy. Restaurant downstairs had great food options. Hotel was in a great location. Would 100% stay again if visiting Plovdiv.

Perfect location, extremely clean as always, nice breakfast and pretty kind and welcoming staff

When closing the doors from outside it create a lot of noise. We had no issue with that but i was concerned how can I close it quietly not to disturb neghbours

Atlas Luxury indeed.

The cleanliness of the room were fantastic, the staff were very helpful, they run a restaurant out the front side so sometimes it is hard to find someone at the reception which is located right in the front lobby, the staff were super nice with enquires the women at the front desk were perfect, they gave recommendations for our taxi to the bus station, when we asked to check out earlier than they work they prepared us a lovely breakfast for our trip including fruit, sandwiches, orange juice and water, you can't ask for more. Loved our stay so much we would surely book here again should we come to Plovdiv. Excellent place with the best room I have had in all of Bulgaria, the junior suite is amazing. The food is the best we found in Plovdiv also the restaurant takes great care in the food if you wish to have lunch or dinner, breakfast was very tasty too.

If there are any negatives to say about the place it is the fact the cleaner didn't provide fresh sheets only changed the towels, we did go out later during the day though so it can be excused because of this. The toilet flush kept sticking so you could hear it if you didn't pull the flush up. It is hard to find things not to like here.

Gem of a hotel in the heart 💕 of the city

Fabulous location, right in the centre Delicious, fresh & good selection off the menu for breakfast which was included (the yoghurt & granola with fresh fruit was superb) The waitress with the ponytail was very friendly & accommodating. The beds were exceptionally comfortable with quality pillows & bed linen. The room was immaculate & it was very quiet overnight. 10% discount off the food & drinks in the restaurant was appreciated & the food was of a high quality. Fridge & coffee making facilities are always a welcome addition as is an iron & ironing board after traveling with clothes in a backpack. I would recommend this gem of a hotel 💞in a heartbeat.

We had an issue gaining entry into the hotel on our last night, our security code & key failed to open the door- luckily one of our fellow travellers was still awake & answered her mobile & came & let us in. There is also an emergency number on the door, which goes to a security guy, and apparently he will be with you within 10minutes. At all other times, we had never had an issue gaining entry after hours. If you're not good with stairs, request a room on the first floor. We were on the 3rd ( top floor) and the stairs were quite steep - we knew there was no elevator & this was fine for us, just to be aware. Overall, there is not much NOT to like about this hotel, it was a perfect for our two night city break.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful city

This hotel is perfect. I was travelling solo and it felt safe and welcoming. it's in the centre and walking distance from the Old Town. Lots of shopping restaurants and cafes around. The staff are wonderful. The breakfast is excellent. Room is spacious, clean and luxurious. Will definitely be back.

Ideally situated with great staff.

The location was absolutely spot on. It couldn't be any better situated for the sights. The receptionist Alexandra couldn't do enough for you and likewise the waitress staff in the restaurant. We are so pleased we stayed here and will definitely be coming back. The room was spotless and nicely decorated. Air-conditioning was on hand and working as it was so hot. Towels were changed daily. Breakfast was in the restaurant from a breakfast menu. We tried a few of the dishes and quite liked them. Restaurant staff were attentive and well organized.

There really isn't anything not to like but if we had to say something it was tea and coffee were supplied for the first night only. That said we mentioned it to Alexandra and she made sure we were topped up from that point onward. Alexandra said she was going to talk to management about it. For the restaurant I'd say overall superb but if I had to say anything it would be once you have ordered from the menu that's it. If you wanted another drink you have to pay. I'm not saying any of this as a complaint in any way at all but would like to think management would see this as a way forward.

Great stay in central Plovidiv

The suite was spacious and bright with a cozy balcony. There were plenty of toys near reception which was a great surprise for our little one. The restaurant is also good with lovely ambiance and attentive staff.

The sofa bed was a little squeeky so not ideal for light sleepers. Also, it will be great if there was direct access to the restaurant without having to come out of the hotel.

The location can’t be better - you’re near Kapana district, a park and all the cool restaurants.

It was a bit weird that the reception is closed during the weekend and that one should check in in the restaurant. One must also fill a breakfast form that can be very confusing if more than one person is staying in the same room.

The location was perfect. The room was pretty and comfortable. The breakfast was very good too and I loved how they make a packed breakfast when we had an excursion.

The reception is closed after 5pm and on weekends. There's no lift, so it's difficult if you have a luggage to carry.

Won't stay there anymore.

location and restaurant staff

No elevator, no hand rail going up the stairs. No help with the luggage. I was with my parents who are in their 70-80s and very hard to go up the stairs. Small soap for 2 people in the room? No phone in the room, if you need to contact the reception desk you have to go to the 1st floor. We were on the 3rd floor. We had balcony in our room. No chairs, no table, no ashtray on that balcony. Very disappointed. We came for a wedding with 6 suitcases, no parking, no help, very inconvenient. We had to walk 05km with all the suitcases to get to the hotel and then struggle to bring all the suitcase upstairs. The only good thing was the location.

Short stay in Plovdiv

The location was great. Staff at the reception and at the restaurant was really friendly and helpful. There was free Wi-fi and breakfast included. We received 10% off for the restaurant. There was a "rain" possibility at the shower.

The bed was a bit short for tall people. The bathroom was not comfortable. There was no place for the legs when you sit at the toilet seat because right in front of it was the shelf with the sink. The shower couldn't close completely (there was glas only until the middle), so the bathroom easily will get wet.
