Great location, clean facilities and very friendly staff with a thoughtful welcome note. Parking available upon request (super handy as it’s scarce in the city)

Despite the blinds the room stayed relatively light throughout the night but nothing that a face mask can’t fix if you’re sensitive. Also fully understandable given the central (great!) location

Perfect location to explore historical Plovdiv

The staff at this place just made everything as easy as possible with a smile! For a place right in the historic pedestrian zone in Plovdiv, this was perfect and once we parked our car, we did everything else on foot. The parking that the hotel arranges and the instructions they provide were clear and explicit. Would recommend this place as it is central to walking to most of the historical sites

The Perfect Plovdiv Base: Modern, Central, and Comfortable

This is an excellent, modern hotel with large rooms and comfortable beds. The A/C and WiFi both worked well. The room had a walk-in shower and complimentary coffee and tea. Located on the main street in Plovdiv's old town, the hotel offers self-check-in outside of business hours. The front desk staff was efficient and helpful. The hotel's paid, video-monitored parking is a few minutes' walk away.

Perfect hotel in Plovdiv

The location is ideal — right on the main street but still very quiet, thanks to excellent soundproofing. The service is very attentive, and parking is straightforward in their designated space. We enjoyed our stay so much that we returned on our way back.

I am very happy with choosing City Center Hotel.

The booking was easy and the staff of the hotel was very quick answering all the questions. The location of the hotel is perfect - in the hearth of the city, close to everywhere, where tourists like us wanted to visit. One big plus is the availability of a parking lot, which is located not far awy from the hotel.

Great place to stay when visiting Plovdiv

Cozy, pretty hotel in the very center of Plovdiv. Perfect location, only a few minutes walking to Kapana district and the ancient town. New renovated with everything needed for a great stay, still the renovation kept the style and the elements of the historical building. Very kind staff, did everything to make us feel welcomed. The hotel does not offer a breakfast and this is the better option. There are many restaurants and dining places in around and everyone can chose a dining place according to their personal preferences. The hotel offers a parking place near the hotel which is very important when travel by own car.

Overall it was a very pleasant stay!

The location is excellent, check-in was easy and quick, everything looks new and very clean. It is a great hotel for a night or two.

Both pillows were not comfortable for me, but this is quite personal. Also, if you don't keep the window open, it feels like there is no air in the room, and I am not a fan of air conditioning, so I preferred to keep it open despite the noisy main street.

Great hotel, great location helpful staff - highly recommended

Loved the location. Staff were great, answered questions regarding parking prior to the visit promptly and sent really useful information a couple of days before our trip which was spot on.

Hotel had a lift but saying that staff helped take our heavy luggage to and from our home so no real issue with no lift

Excellent base for a city break in Plovdiv

Comfortable room right in the centre of the town, on the pedestrian area. Monuments, museums, restaurants and bars can be reached on foot. Excellent cleaning team refreshed our rooms every day. The air conditioning kept the room cool, even during the heat wave.
