Guest House Maison 21 is a nice apartment situated in the centre of Plovdiv. It has great access to all of the places of interest and is pretty spacious within. The kitchen and utility rooms are fully equipped, including coffee Moka pots and a coffee pod machine, as well as ironing boards. The rooms are all decent sizes and the two bathrooms really help with allowing everyone to get ready at the same time. Communication with the host was excellent. Although there is no on-site parking, we managed to find a public place about 7 minutes walk away, so this was not a problem.
A few of the fittings in the shower are quite loose, meaning that you have to be a bit careful not to touch anything. One room did not have any air conditioning, which meant that that room was quite warm. The hosts provide a fan, which helps a bit, but it is not as good as the other two rooms that both have air conditioning units.

This place is awesome. Cannot be better located, clean, confortable, pretty cheap. It was the best decision to rent for a family trip. The beds were also very confortable.

The apt was centrally location , 5 minutes walking distance of the major sites . It’s a standalone building which felt more private .
The place has a lot of potential including if they fixed the area when you first walk in and perhaps decorate the foyer. The place needs to be updated and cleaned thoroughly, changing the shower liner would go a long way
