Comfortable apartment in a great, central location in a fun city.

Guest House Maison 21 is a nice apartment situated in the centre of Plovdiv. It has great access to all of the places of interest and is pretty spacious within. The kitchen and utility rooms are fully equipped, including coffee Moka pots and a coffee pod machine, as well as ironing boards. The rooms are all decent sizes and the two bathrooms really help with allowing everyone to get ready at the same time. Communication with the host was excellent. Although there is no on-site parking, we managed to find a public place about 7 minutes walk away, so this was not a problem.

A few of the fittings in the shower are quite loose, meaning that you have to be a bit careful not to touch anything. One room did not have any air conditioning, which meant that that room was quite warm. The hosts provide a fan, which helps a bit, but it is not as good as the other two rooms that both have air conditioning units.

The apt was centrally location , 5 minutes walking distance of the major sites . It’s a standalone building which felt more private .

The place has a lot of potential including if they fixed the area when you first walk in and perhaps decorate the foyer. The place needs to be updated and cleaned thoroughly, changing the shower liner would go a long way

Elegance and warmth

Spacious, elegant and perfectly equipped. Very comfortable beds which we loved in spite of being used to hard beds. The perfect central location for exploring Plovdiv. Organised, communicative and, above all, warm and kind host to whom we are so very grateful.

Amazing, spacious, cosy, clean and beautiful apartement in the heart of Plovdiv. Although located in the very center, the apartement is very quite. The views are also amazing.

Super nice apartment, comfortable and large beds, well-equipped kitchen, great for travellers with kids. Perfect location. Will definitely recommend!

All was good just two small remarks - curtains/blindfolds are quite sheer so it is still rather light in the bedrooms in the morning; the apartments was a bit dirty (nothing major)

Perfect location, spacious apartment!

The location is an absolute gem, the rooms are spacious, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen was equipped very well and had everything we needed, as we were travelling with kids. The host was accommodating and helped us with needed information about parking.

Not a single thing comes to mind. Maybe that I cannot buy the place ;)

Lovely base to see the ancient town of Plovdiv

The apartment is a huge and private apartment perfectly placed right in the middle of Plovdiv. It is very close to both the Old Town and the modern part of the modern part with its numerous bars and restaurants. The apartment was super clean, super comfortable and had everything you could need for a lovely holiday. The owners were both kind and helpful, they made our stay here perfect. Parking can be a little difficult in Plovdiv, but we were able to park immediately outside the apartment with no problems. Plovdiv is a brilliant mix of ancient history and modern town, and this apartment is a lovely base to see it all from. Thank you.

Pleasant

Big apartment, a lot of space for everyone, there were a lot glasses and plates in the kitchen, beds were comfortable.

Wasn't very clean, there was dust everywhere, the bathrooms could be improved, the parking is in a blue zone(20BGN for the whole day) in front of the apartment and we even couldn't use it because there was some kind of an event of the church and the whole block was closed

This is a great maison to explore plovdiv perfect location in the old town. The house was very clean and had good facilities and plenty of space for a family. Very confortable large beds. We had an impromptu band set up in the street opposite at the local pub which was great to listen to and watch from the balcony,plovidiv has so much life as a city.

It’s a very spacious flat in top locations.Has 2 small balconies which is very cute and charming.Great size of the bedrooms with one of the most comfortable mattresses I ever slept in.The location is spot on !Clean and host was very attentive and helpful!

Overall is very dated and in desperate need of refurbishment,particularly bathrooms and the kitchen.The stove top was ancient,and only one of of the 2 electric was working,and there was no gas for the gas ones.I struggled to to cook and given at up eventually,so we were eat out mostly. Bathrooms very dated as well.I found a few electric plugs not fixed properly to the wall and just hanging out!I would say it’s a proper hazard and quite dangerous. Parking is an absolute nightmare!!!Once we parked we forgot about the car until leaving.However I got the impression ,that is a problem for the whole city .

Short vacation in Plovdiv

Location is perfect. Staff was really polite and helpful. Keys were handled without personal contact. After all the property was pretty fine but I expected quite more based on the reviews.

It was pretty cold inside even after the host increase the heating temperature - not really comfortable during the winter season. Bot baths were not clean enough. The pipe in one of the bats weren't able to take the water and it was disgusting.
